A nice surprise to finally find this Italian restaurant. First impression was the menu had a lovely variety of dishes. Italian food is something that is dominated by a few restaurants in San Luis Obispo. We ordered pasta and signature mini pizza, along with garlic bread. Nucci Pizza has undoubtedly become my go-to spot for pizza. It's the best I've ever tasted. The Hawaiian pizza, in particular, is spectacular. The surprising touch of walnuts adds an exquisite flavor that sets it apart. This restaurant is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I came for lunch on a Monday. I opted for a slice of cheese pizza with a Caesar salad. The price was ten dollars and some change which I thought was a great deal. There is a seating area and two tvs. If ambiance is your priority, you may be disappointed. I found the restaurant clean and well lit. My food came out in a reasonable time and I was happy with both dishes. The salad was fresh and the pizza had a good flavor.
