We had Valentine lunch and from the sweetest little hostess Gigi, to our server Osvaldo, it was a great experience. The manager checked on us twice with a pretty full restaurant. The meal was top notch. Even as we left, the girl behind the desk said thanks for coming and have a nice day. Thank you slo Olive garden. That is service very much appreciated.

I had the baked ziti, and it barely had any cheese or sauce on it. I was very disappointed as baked ziti is a favorite if done correctly. Salad tasted like a stale refrigerator. Not good. Iceberg lettuce and a couple tomatoes with a vinegrette that was very acidic and not a good flavor. They can do better.

The service here was amazing! Starting with the bartender (Katrina) she made it a point to check on me and make sure everything was good. And I even had two managers come up asking how everything was. Top notch service, that you don’t see much anymore. Kudos to Olive Garden.
We wait for 45 minutes to be seated , Then we sit down with no silverware , waiter brings our soup and salad and we ask for forks and napkins , he informs us that it is slow and he has a big table to accommodate, so we waited 20 minutes and still no silverware we were left staring at our food unable to eat , Finally my wife went to the front and asked the desk for silverware , wife ordered never ending soup salad and breadsticks, refills took 10-15 minutes to come to the table , Really Bad experience Food was good won’t be stopping by this Olive Garden again anytime soon .

Had a terrific evening and supper at the Olive Garden last week. We came to have supper at a very busy hour for the restaurant. Never the less. We were seated immediately despite the full house and not having a reservation. All the staff members that I encountered were awesome! All had smiles and positive attitudes. Our waitress was fabulous as well. Not to mention her thorough knowledge of the menu was exceptionally helpful to us. My girlfriend is very particular about her likes and dislikes when it comes to food selection. Without a knowledgeable, patient, understanding and genuinely helpful waitress such as our waitress was. Menu decisions and really the entire dining experience can be a disaster. I am pleased that our dining at the Olive Garden was a positive experience in every way! We both highly recommend this Olive Garden in SLO for that "Last Minute" Spontaneous, Rare Opportunity for the two of you to eat out. I am certain that much like us. You will enjoy a Delightful, Casual, Relaxing, Delectable, Joyful and Overall Positive Dining Experience. I Highly Recommend and Encourage you to stop by! I also must recommend that you request the "Blackened Chicken" if you are ordering any of their menu items with chicken. The Chef prepares a Phenomenal Blackened Chicken!!! For that alone. I will be back for more whenever I am able!The blackened chicken also puts them over the top as far as my rating system goes as well. Earning themselves 5 out of 5 Bolts...⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡Well Done!

It was a sad experience. Our server blew up a non-issue out of proportion. Entrees comes with soup and salad, we told her we got refills for free, and she says that's not a policy. We didn't say anything to her, because in our last visit at this very Olive Garden, that's what happened. And I'm not someone who would shy away from paying whatever is required to be paid. The manager comes next to explain to us the policy and made us feel we did a blunder, then the server comes, I ask her what is the issue, she starts crying. Then another serves comes in her place asking if we need any clarification, til the end we couldn't figure out what went wrong and what did we do as a customer of Olive Garden for 15 yrs. Totally sadden by this incident. Don't feel like coming back to Olive Garden again.MOST IMP: the policy they were trying to explain to us was clearly mentioned in the menu, which the manager was unaware of and accused us with false information.
