We have Popolo help us host an annual Thanksgiving luncheon for our staff every year and every year they are nothing but professional, kind, and helpful! The food is great and the guys eat it up! This past weekend I had a class reunion. It was a small gathering so I opted to pick up the food. Everything was packaged nicely and fit perfectly into the chafing dishes I had. Everyone thought I had made the food but I didn't take the credit. The tri tip was tender and the scalloped potatoes were out of this world. Everyone commented on how good the food was. Chef John was also a pleasure to work with; we had a backyard wedding and he did a walkthrough of the venue well in advance to make sure set up was seamless. Popolo did an absolutely amazing job catering our wedding in may. They were very organized and communicative throughout the whole planning process. Tasha took great notes during our meeting and tasting and always followed up with an email. We got a ton of compliments from our guests on our wedding day on how great the food was (we got the Mexican food). During the wedding they made our plate for us and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well. They also made to go plates for us as well. We had a great experience with popolo and would highly recommend!
The only complaint that I have about Popolo is that they only cater so we can’t go to eat their food more often.Popolo catered for our wedding and when I tell you that there weren’t any leftovers – I mean we ordered food enough for everyone to have a little bit of everything and then some. There wasn’t a thing left at the end of the night – just enough for the bride and groom to have to-go boxes at the end of the night, which was so necessary! Only because they set it aside ahead of time.We got compliments from our guests on all the food that was provided, Popolo catered passed hors d’oeuvres and did a buffet dinner service. The menu was coordinated beforehand, with a tasting done – it was probably at the tasting that we realized that our choice of caterer was the right one.Tasha coordinated with us and sat down and walked us through all of it. With Tasha and the Popolo team, know that you’re in good hands.

We had the steak with bordelaise, salmon with lemon caper, caesar salad, pear gorgonzola salad, pesto pasta, asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. It was all hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS.
