Amazing! Went to buy a bottle of whisky, but ended up eating there. I had a glass of AMAZING wine, a delicious sandwich with a salad. My husband had a burger with wonderfully seasoned fries. So good! Friendly, beautiful and easy location to find.

Came here for a whisky tasting and some dinner. Their whiskys are locally sourced and distilled on site with great servers that know a ton about the process and the selection. Small seating area with cozy decor and atmosphere. Good for groups of friends gathering and catching up. Also a bar area if you're looking for more of a one-on-one conversation. Attached restaurant with great smashburgers if you're hungry, although their kitchen closes a little bit earlier on non-weekends. Smoky old fashioned was pretty solid and highly recommended.

Picked up a bottle and had lunch there today. I've been a fan of their whiskeys for a minute, thought I was a club member, I wasn't, signed today though. Had great service (long curly haired kid), the wings and fries were delicious, and whatever that peach drink my wife ordered was fabulous. We sat in the patio area, whiskey side. Great vibe, pet friendly, great atmosphere. They have Cornhole games on the brewery side. Bathroom was clean. Would highly recommend for food and the whiskey is fantastic.

Great first time visit. We hit the stills bar (there are two other adjacent bars) and enjoyed a quiet refined setting with well crafted cocktails made from in house distilled and aged whiskey. I was hungry and ordered a smash burger which was delicious. The bartenders were talented, personable and knowledgeable of the history and factoids of the place. Bottom line, it was a successful and fun date night with the wife. Shout out to Jacob, Sadie, and Mauricio for assisting in making it a special evening!

Great tasting experience along with the atmosphere and topped with a delicious bite to eat. Impressive establishment how is split from the beer to spirits side along with the patios and couches. They definitely invite you to stay a while.

Such a cool vibe and atmosphere here! We didn't realize there were 3 different types of places in one, so we probably should have gone to the restaurant side, but we were still able to have a nice drink and delicious lunch. We had fish tacos, wings, and a Korean chicken sandwich. Highly recommend!

Sat at the bar and had the tasting and a whiskey sour...great ambiance and service at this location and the whiskey did not disappoint. Left with a bottle of Rye to take home. Did not have food but what was coming out of the kitchen looked good. The location in downtown SLO looked a little less fun so we opted to go to the "airport" location which was great.
