Stopped here for a quick lunch on a sunny day during our long drive from the NorCal to SoCal. It's a perfect mi-point stop. The foods are light and healthy. The service was great.

Fantastic brunch during our visit to Cal Poly. The sandwiches were very filling and the ice lattes were great. They had nice communal tables and patio seating. The staff was attentive and kept the place neat. Highly recommend if you are visiting town.

Delicious and well-made with some perfect over-easy poached eggs, but over-priced. Two toasts for $33

Yummy! we loved our smoothies and flatbreads. Great super fast casual spot. Only annoying thing was Lots of college students with their laptops, taking up tables and spending hours there...

Sitting here with my husband the second day in a row! Visiting from LA where we enjoy a very healthy lifestyle. SEEDS is amazing. Great youthful vibe, VERY clean (even the bathrooms) and the food is spectacular. We indulged in the Flatbread 3 and Seared Tuna Salad. The second day split a Blue Spirulina Bowl. They were so open to additions and substitutions and EVERYONE of the staff has a smile on their face. Alan the manager was so proud to tell us that TODAY was their largest grossing day in 9 years. So happy to see a business promoting health and wellness. Congrats on the continued success!! Your franchise model is SURE to follow suit!!

The service was so incredible!! The food was completely worth the price, all the produce tasted very fresh.

Great new concept for a health conscious brunch place. Vegetarian, vegan, and omnivore options on paninis, flatbread, salads, and bowls. They have beer and wine too, because it’s not brunch without a mimosa.

Such an aesthetic place for a healthy brunch! I love how simple their menu is and they have a hot, room temp, and cold water station. I come here every so often and I usually get flatbread 1. Their paninis are also good and I enjoyed their smoothie 1.

Disappointed in the quality for the price , the staff and place is nice but the panini (I had #3) had no flavor. The combinations of some of the other plates were a bit odd and some of the paninis or salads were not seasoned at all. We went with a big party and more than half of us got stomachaches a few hours after our meal. The coffee was good but the taste of the food is lacking and when you are paying above $15 for a sandwich, that's dissatisfying.

SO. GOOD. Atmosphere was so friendly, worker was so nice and kept the conversation going even after we paid lol. I got an acai bowl w/ strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, granola, etc, with their iced cinnamon latte and it was all bomb. A little on the pricey side but would def go again! Next time I'll probably try the iced vanilla latte (my friend got one and said it was good!)

Fresh delicious food. Friendly service. Dropped a star for the music - annoying weird elevator EDM.

I liked the atmosphere of the place and the staff seemed friendly, but the acai bowl I ordered wasn't good. The almond milk they blended the acai base with made it super watery.

A quality cappuccino, delicious arugula salad, (I got the Greens 1), and great customer service!!

They don't accept cash. Is that even legal? The food is way too mediocre for them to picky about how they're paid.

Los Angeles hipster in good ol' San Luis Obispo. Simple, healthy, & surprisingly large portions. The flatbread is more like a healthy pizza than something light. The coffee was mid but it's okay. Nice sunny spot downtown!
