Pho is not good at all, they should get rid of the name and just have sushi as in their store name.Their restaurant has pho in it, yet doesn't have any real or good pho. Also their is 0 service haha.I'm from Fresno, I know good pho.

Definitely the best pho in town imo! Noodles are the legit pho noodles (not all pho places uses the correct noodles) and is usually my favorite part of the dish since I'm not big on meat. Our family likes to get the chicken pho and all brisket beef pho. All brisket for the beef pho is the way to go! Broth is good! If you get it to go, make sure to eat it after you mix the noodles in the broth, otherwise the noodles can soak up the broth pretty quickly. We would highly recommend this hole in a wall!

Worst pho I've ever had. Broth was salty and tasted like a shi*** chicken soup and I order vegan broth. Also paid two extra dollars for veggies, aka two pieces of mushy broccoli and two mushy carrots. Don't waste your time or money. I threw it away

Its inside a poke restaurant- it comes in a big paper container with separate soup- think PHO from Costco- the instant kind - the meat was not memorable but edible- but when you are in SLO and missing you Asian food- desperate for something- anything- then you can come here- bring your own basil- there were only a few leaves in the accompanying pkt -

Went there today and you have to order next door at the Poke place. The Pho was ok. Not great. They aren't doing appetizers right now though.

Wasn't expecting top quality pho as this is slo, but it tastes like chicken water and I couldn't even get myself to finish. Steak was extremely tough. Brisket was ok, cooked tenderly but drowned out by the awful taste of the soup. We also ordered takeout and they forgot about us and did not make it until we reminded them 30 min later. Will not be going back

If you are desperate for pho, unfortunately, this may be one of your only choices in the area. Their broth lacks depth and the seasoning on the meat unbalances the salt level in their mediocre broth. Go elsewhere unless desperate.

Aight. Lets get started. The pho here...is not pho. It's likeChicken noodle soup. Cute little shop, but not so great pho. I literally had to drown my pho in sriracha and hoisin sauce. I'm all for supporting small businesses but the pho here needs to change. It seemed like the "pho" was made on demand. If you know anything about pho, pho takes MANY MANY HOURS...even days to make. This shop would never last more than a day in LA/OC. #sorrynotsorry

I got the brisket and steak pho delivered and the meat was yummy but the broth was meh and really wasn't enough compared to the amount of noodles.

I was excited to try this small place out but bruh terrible and blllows... I was going to give them maybe 2 or 3 star for courtesy but until I saw 2 strand of pubic hair inside my pho it was GAME OVER OVER for me. The pho was SO bad, I barely could eat it; meat was tough and had way TOO MUCH FAT, it's sickening, soup was plain but tasted weirdly artificial. But thank God it was that bad, otherwise would have chugged the damn pubic hair in my mouth, holy **** yo wtf. This is NOT acceptable to serve. Pubic hair is NOT an authentic Pho spice. Slo needs to have more Asian food places man. Look elsewhere. Wouldn't come back for sure but would recommend to a Health Department Inspector. Effing gross.

Boiled steak. Brisket had flavor. Bean sprouts were brown and old. Basil not fresh. My first time ordering not great fresh food at all. Save your money

This is quality pho. As a self-described Bay Area pho connoisseur, I had low expectations coming to a pho restaurant in San Luis Obispo. SLO Pho SHO would be good even if it was in the Bay Area. I highly recommend you give this place a shot and hope you have the same experience that I did.

I really wanted to check this place out but the second I walked in there was no where to sit. Perhaps it’s worth checking out another day. As much as I like cozy small restaurants, there needs to be some more tables to accommodate the guests.

For SLO, it's good for what it is. If we compare it to other places, well, it could do better. We were hungry and we saw the word "Pho" on the sign and decided to go try it out since it was new. Not sure if the hours have changed but they had odd hours (even for SLO). I got the one with the different types to try them all, seeing as at the time they didn't have much on the menu for food except pho. The brisket was good, so next time I think I'll order that.

Oh man what a delicious meal. We got the vegetable pho, beef pho and egg rolls! Delicious. PHO-nominal. Lol. Seats only about 10-16 but clean and relaxing.
