It was my first time at Starbucks. I walk in and I was immediately greeted with phenomenal customer service & with the respect that any customer should expect when they walk into any establishment. Thanks to Tiffany & her coworker for helping me out, taking their time explaining the menu and giving me a free drink to sample.

I used to really like starbucks, but anymore its just a sense of dread and disgust almost like that evil diabetes spreading defecations. like an overflowing cesspool of corporate arrogance and corruption.

I so appreciate the two people who helped me out Friday after Thanksgiving. They helped fix my drink and made it hot just like I like. The guy also offered me a 4$ off for my next drink due to inconvenience since I told him this has been happening a lot with the chai tea holiday drink

They accused me of following some girls days before I went to the location banned me and I called and got no help but they will call me back horrible service discriminatory against anyone who is a little different the manager was unprofessional and rude they also will have security follow you around even across the street if you look the wrong way to them. Update spoke with there managers and they told me the security for the location reported someone who apparently had the same hair and still am banned but they gave me numbers and some information to know why I was so quickly kicked out because they heard some girls filed a report and had to have someone escort these girls to their car even though I have never seen them so they kicked me out for something that may have happened with someone who looks like me but because of my ethnicity they felt it okay to just ban me from going to Starbucks which is right next to the post office where I mail cards through eBay my job I can’t go near there because of their security saying I did something which is not true and they make you prove that you didn’t do anything if some random just wants to mess up your livelihood and ability to move freely around the location if you just think someone may be doing something now a days they will have security follow you not only on their property but into a post office and star and pace and shadow me because they think a few days ago someone who looks kinda like me bothered some girls if this even really happened tell me did I do anything wrong by walking to where I have been going for 5 years order coffee and charge my phone and fill out envelopes for work only to have in front of everyone the manager accuse me of harassment when it wasn’t then now or ever something that really happened does a random persons word mean you can Harass me because I look like someone and they did something or someone thinks they are doing something like 3-4 days beforeKid-friendliness: I have a learning disability and the manager intimidated me into leaving threatening to have me trespassed for something she claimed happened on a day I wasn’t there for also watch out homeless people shoot up drugs in their bathrooms

This place is so awesome. I have never encountered such a friendly and wonderful staff. They are very compassionate here. I pulled a muscle in my calf the other day walking, and they gave me a cup of ice water and let me sit a little while. I love this place and I want to keep coming back.

We stopped by this Starbucks and noticed there was an Apple Crisp Macchiato on the menu, so I asked Ian about it. He was very informative and helpful with his explanation for not only that drink, but other seasonals. Even the guy who picks up envelopes of money there was impressed by his knowledge. Waking up in San Luis Obisbo, California...A great motivator for me this morning was: Triple Bonus Stars on 8-15-23, 55 Bonus Stars challenge (order 4 iced teas); and 10 cents off and 25 Bonus Stars for a refillable cup!Another great reward was getting a free Starbucks tumbler for 400 Starbucks Stars! I saw a cute California design that I didn't have. It's now a part of my collection!Thanks to the friendly, helpful staff at this location! The cashier was able to process our five transactions efficiently!We found a 15-minute free parking spot on the street. It was within sight of this spacious, clean, quiet Starbucks in Downtown San Luis Obisbo!

The 184 year old Italian woman with the horrible New York accent needs to be fired. First of all this is a job for college kids not elderly idiots that never passed 2nd grade. Secondly all she does is harass paying customers. She’s the kind of low iq that probably kisses the butts of the fake doctors and fat cops though. Terrible ugly human being.
