I placed an order for two travelers to be picked up, and I was running late, and they accommodated me picking it up an hour later. It was hot and it was fresh. The customer service was unsurpassed. Thank you.

The baristas were all super friendly. I was in and out very quickly. The parking lot was totally open when we went in and by the time I left it was totally full kind of chaotic to get out of but it is what it is.

$5.95 for a tea latte… I mean I understand $4.95 if you want to charge for the simple syrup separately. It’s different everytime; anywhere upwards from $3.65…and I was told it’s one of the most expensive in the county. It’s cheaper in MORE expensive counties. Doesn’t even have coffee in it. Milk, tea, sugar. The baristas like to call out certain names or items, cashiers are miserable. If you’re going to act like that at least do your job right.

Waited forever for the drinks, had enough time to finish our pastries while waiting. The girl that ordered after us got her drink before ours.Guys behind the counter were throwing pastries to each other behind the counter, and one guy was brushing his hair out of his face while handling food.All the employees look like they hate their job. One of the girls handing out paper products looked overly bothered to retrieve the items requested and it showed.Parking is terrible. *not the stores fault* but the people that frequent there have no idea how flow of traffic works.Will not come back here.

The workers here are so rude. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in, we stood waiting at the register for someone to take our order, and the cashier seemed annoyed with us. I think her name is Anna. I would not come back to this location.

What an absolute disappointment. Why would you need to remake something as simple as a vanilla latte THREE TIMES, and then have to remake a shaken espresso on top of that? These are simple drinks. And then you give and attitude when YOU are the reason it has to be teenage? No, thank you. At damn near $10 for a drink, I'm not spending my time being given an attitude because you can't manage to do the job you're being paid to do.

I had to crutch in due to an injury, and they were so doting and sweet, and made it easier to get my drink in the car by putting in in a cup holder inside a bag and covering the sippy hole.

Without fail, my order gets messed up every time I am in this Starbucks. They have 5 people behind the counter but they still manage to mess it up somehow. Piss poor quality.

Super busy location but the staff is on top of it. Great service!**Parking is a nightmare partially because the nail salon is always moving cars around so their staff can get better parking spots throughout the day, lol** but I can’t fault Starbucks for that.
