If you are vegetarian, don’t get food from this restaurant. They do not know how to make a sandwich properly. They don’t even change their gloves! I got a sandwich and it had meat in it. The staff doesn’t care about vegetarian people as they don’t even change their gloves! Will never be going to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous how careless the staff can be for veggie sandwiches. This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star either.

I’ve ordered from this location through DoorDash many times but lately they’ve been cancelling my order when they close even though I order at least an hour ahead. And recently when my dasher arrived after an hour and a half they hadn’t even started my order.

The first time I went there, it was very good. The staff re friendly. Every time since it has been more busy, and the staff efficiency and food quality have varied. For instance, they often don't properly toast sandwiches, always taking the sandwich out 2-3 (10-15%) seconds early. They also no longer have small drinks, although apparently they have them on the Subway mobile app (Why can't they use Grub-hub like everywhere else on campus).

ran thru w the boys, here is the following conclusive thoughts. it tastes like f****** subway and theres nothing stopping that. however, i guess the staffs feels as though giving out water cups is equivalent to the last piece of viable resource on a post-apocalyptic society in a sun-scorched maze runner, day after tomorrow, mad max type earth. nonetheless filling up your water bottle WITH WATER results in a death sentence via hanging as if it were the marie antoinette josèphe jeanne ran french revolution.

I go in for a salad and get absolutely terrible customer service They asked me for my base I said lettuce and provolone cheese and they toss it over to the payment menu. Then I said I Actually want more than just tuna two pieces of cheese and lettuce, EVERYTIME i added vegetables to my salads I was given attitude “oh now you want this, now you want this one too, any other vegetables or did you forget what you wanted” If I was able to say what I wanted without rude comments in between it would have been quick and over with, I’ve been door dashing since 9:30 AM and came in at 2 am because I had 3 hours left till my shift was done and had a better attitude. I do not recommend this subway to anyone who goes in after midnight or at all, if you hate your job don’t take it out on customers giving you business. How about hiring or scheduling people who are energetic and not stressed out degrading you on your order EVERYTIME you add add a vegetable. WILL NEVER be going there again. Definitely gonna be doing more then a Yelp review gonna call and complain about the lack of customer service to people who just want food after working all day with no stops.
