I had the meatball sandwich. It was pretty much a lot of sauce and the meatballs were not very tasty, rather bland, and the bread seemed pretty tasteless. I never go to subway because I don't eat processed meat or food in general. The person making sandwiches was by himself and was backed up. Rather disappointed in the whole experience. I don't believe I will ever eat there again, I'm going back to High street, or Mr Pickle in San Luis!!!

Went in a week ago 20 minutes after ordering my food for an 8:30 pickup. When I arrived, I was told my order had apparently been canceled. When I asked for help in the store, they said they couldn't do anything and that the discount I used on my original order was done online only.I went to re-order my food in the store via the app, which inexplicably no longer would use the discount code I had previously used a half hour earlier. So then I went to check out through the very sluggish Subway website, and right before I completed my order the store had apparently closed. The employees on site didn't help me at all before saying 'thank you' as I left empty-handed.Not a good experience, please do better for your customers.

ordered a tuna sandwich today 11/10/2023. I ate half of it and after a couple of hours I felt a heaviness in my stomach, at first I didn’t attach any importance to it. but then about an hour later I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. As a result, I couldn’t work and I vomited and sat on the toilet all day!

Whoever this subway has on deck , sucks and is literally the worst employee!! I've ordered twice and both times you didn't even put my food in the oven likes how it's supposed to !! You need to either fire the person who doesn't know what the hell their doing or actually learn to make the food right.

I give up. I've given them the last 3 chances. Today I ordered and paid for double meat. I got two pieces of meat. I asked that it be cut in quarters. It was not. Why bother to ask for special instructions if you aren't going to read it. I will stick to Jersey Mike's and it's a lot closer. I used to love subway but I'm done. Contacting their customer care line is a joke. The website freezes halfway through the mountain of information they want. Never again.

All Subways are around the same it depends on which subway you go to and what person you get unfortunately this was not a good experience for me at the subway only because the lady that was making my sandwich was arguing with me about bell peppers that I seen and it happens with vegetables sometimes you'll get a little soggy one in there and all I eat is vegetables I don't eat meat so when I go to Subway I love the freshness of their vegetables she was arguing with me about it being yellow I also was a prep Chef for 5 years and know when a bell pepper is soggy she threw the bell pepper away picked up another one and said see it's yellow because I said that I did not want that on my sandwich and told her to take it off and I was very polite about it and said I know I'm picky with my sandwich and blah blah blah I'm sorry but I don't want a soggy bell pepper and instead of arguing with me she could have just said okay and got the other side where it was perfectly fine but instead wanted to prove her point which you should never do if you're in customer service as a customer should be always right the only instance where the customer is not right is when they're calling you names and being a Karen which I absolutely was not doing so fortunately for me there are three other Subways I can choose from I will not be back at this one

I don't see myself giving a national chain 5 stars for food, but I don't recall spending $14 just for a foot long sub. Also, has anyone noticed the size of the bread or did COVID play a role in shrinking it.

Let me start by saying I LOVE SUBWAY! And I know we have a ton of amazing sandwich places in SLO, but Subway is still a favorite or mine but today has changed my mind. The staff that was working were what appeared to be husband and wife. My boyfriend and I walked in and there was no one in line, but it took them over a minute to acknowledge us. Once the wife did, she started my order and she gives me about a half serving of meat and even picked some off and put it back in the container after she put it on my sandwich. She rudely asked my boyfriend what he wanted and was absolutely the slowest while getting his bread and proceeded to do side work, like pull the empty bread trays out and move the bread around. The husband then came out and pulled my sandwich out of the toaster and asked wheat veggies I wanted I asked for extra tomato and cucumber and he literally put one extra cucumber and tomato on my sandwich. I then asked for onions and bell pepper and had to ask for more and he did it and started speaking Spanish to his wife about me and my extra this extra that, and then she comes over to where he was to put veggies on my boyfriends' sandwiches and wasn't putting very many on at all but she put 4-5 back and forth swipes of mayo and mustard. His sandwich was full of it, it was soggy and that was basically his sandwich. Next, we go to pay and I had a coupon which the husband no joke huffed and puffed about and then I asked to scan my code for my rewards, and he was so annoyed. It seems like they were so upset that they were working. Their customer service was laughable because it there was none and I felt like no matter what they were right, and we the customers were wrong. It was a horrible experience.
