Lady messed up my order, then proceeded to blame me and refused to remake the sandwich (it was extremely simple and lacked any expensive ingredients), then gave my girlfriend food poisoning. Didn’t get her name but she was a middle aged hispanic woman.

I went to this subway with one person behind the counter who politely said she'll be with me in a minute. Totally normal. She spent 15 minutes filling out an online order and THEN told me she's cash only today. Wasted mine and daughters short window to pick up lunch. This is careless behavior that is easily avoidable.

A great spot to be able to stop at, Get a quick, delicious reasonably priced, custom made for you meal to eat while you enjoy sitting down and resting your feet and having a little bit of comfortable, relaxing and quiet time to yourself. The plus is that this subway shares a parking lot with 3 or 4 other shops. There is almost always 1 or 2 free and open parking spots available. If you park there to go to Subway. Then once you have finished dining at Subway. Just inform the Subway counter person that you want to leave your car parked in their parking lot for a while as you do some downtown shopping/exploring. They will allow you to keep your car parked there for an hour or so if you simply notify them.★ TIP: Communication and a Genuine, positive and respectful attitude will definitely get you a long way with most Pismo Beach Locals...Parking: Usually 1-4 free parking spots available in the subway parking lot.★Yes, Wheelchair Accessible and located on ground floor. ★Careful for dangerous drivers traversing the parking lot and surrounding streets!

How could they not know what " Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki" was??? They gave me a plain chicken with sauce and some red onion. Ridiculous!

Went into this Subway to get me a sandwich and the girl who made my sandwich said she had to make the sandwich how it is on the menu or it was considered a customized sandwich which would cost me more. Plus I had a coupon to save some money and the girl would not honor it because I wanted a large drink instead of what the coupon said. I told her that I would pay for the extra size and she still told me that I couldn’t do that. My coupon was for $799 and because she wouldn’t honor the coupon, my food was double in price!! What a crock!! I will never go back to this location ever again, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Sad thing is it was a really nice location until this new owner took over. Now it’s the worst Subway and worst customer serve I have ever experienced!

Stopped a little late around 5 days ago after a long drive I stopped by this town to get some sleep amd food. Your food is good, but your employees must surely change gloves and wash hands everytime they even touch that register. I saw them both night employees do the same thing multiple times, I appreciate the friendlyness of your employees tho.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The lady was arguing with me about the new menu options. She kept saying the owner would get her in trouble which made me confused. The quality of the sandwich was 5/10. Lacked ingredients and it was just awkward the whole time. I'll never go here again. If you don't have the patience to deal with people face to face then find a job where you can stare at wall all day for a paycheck. Very disappointed in my experience with subway. The owner does not to want to allow customers to decide how much ingredients they can put in their sandwich.
