This restaurant has friendly staff, good food, and clean bathrooms. I would recommend coming to this restaurant if you are looking for a good food at a great price. This is the only Taco Bell in San Luis Obispo to go to at night.

My crunchy taco were broken and soggy, by the time I got them back to work less than 10 minutes later.
Made an online order for pickup at 12:45. Showed up at pickup time and order had not been sent to kitchen. We did not receive order until after 1pm. A huge group of movers walked in after us and ordered a lot and they got their food before us and did not have a mobile order. Horrible customer service. And to top it off we got no utensils and they forgot and item in my order.I WILL NEVER DO AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN! IDIOTS!

Was greeted by a worker unenthusiastically. I asked about their new chicken taco. She just pointed at the menu without saying anything. I don't see what I'm looking for so I just order a crunchwrap supreme with black beans. She charged me for a crunchwrap with black beans upcharge. I received the receipt and asked if it was adding black beans or if it was without the meat. She went back to the kitchen to tell them to make it with substitute beans instead of adding beans. Didn't even offer to refund the charge. I had to ask for the refund when I got my food. Not a great experience at all.

This is the second time I've gotten lower quality soft chicken taco with avocado sauce.. still tastes good just wish the other half was chicken as well? they put literally all the topping to the other side to make up for it.. I guess? (Bought thru app, no interaction)Other one taco was at least balanced haha

I haven't been to Taco Bell at this location in a few years. So disappointed! I ordered 2 tacos with extra meat and cashier said here is the one with extra meat and here is the one with NO meat! I said I ordered them both the same. She told me it was my fault because I should have noticed my receipt. Then she put a tad bit of meat in the one with no meat. Both tacos barely had any meat after I paid extra for it. I also ordered refried beans and got about 2 tablespoons total. The beans barely covered the bottom of the ridiculously small container!I have always ordered extra meat and it fills the taco up to the edges. This time was so disappointing! And the cashier was so rude! I miss the nice ladies that used to work there!
