No salsa Verde, big red flag. For more than $16 my supreme nacho box is half full...... But, the food had good flavor. Fresh ingredients, meat well flavored and cooked, soft, not dry. I guess they should just add more chips to fill it up.

$15.00 for a foot long "Giant" burrito.... except that it was only 6 1/2" long, and nothing special about it, and Barely any cheese at all.False advertising, extortion-type prices for what you get.Food looks nothing like the pictures.Food is cooked in the microwave.... my burrito was made in less than 90 seconds.Who knows how many times this Food had been reheated in the microwave !?!I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!The burrito was drenched in a sticky oil and I had to use 3 paper towels to soak it upAfter eating it, my hands were drenched in this oil-stuff that wouldn't come off until I used Castillo soap, twice.My mouth had a sticky oil residue and I had to brush my teeth twice and rinse with listening mouth wash.It resembled hydrogenated canola oil (which is very bad for you).Taco bell would be a MUCH better choice than Taco Rico.

Disappointing! The prices are OBNOXIOUSLY high, without reason. Expect to spend $20 to 30 per person. Service is a little on the slow side. I would guess it's because they are serving steak when they advertise carne asada. Since it's thicker, it takes longer to cook. The steak is full of tendons and veins, which wouldn't be there if they used traditional flank steak. The pieces are much larger and, therefore, a bit harder to chew. The seasoning is very subtle. The guacamole is blended to a near liquid, with no texture.The food was average at best, definitely not authentic. Disappointed.

Rude customer service, the woman working there needs a week off. I’ve lived in California my whole life and I’ve never paid $6,86 for one soft taco!!! I saw them microwave the meat in plastic bags! Beware! Yuk!

I ordered the special Chile Verde burrito to go and when I got home and started to eat it it was a breakfast burrito. I called to explain they gave me the wrong burrito I basically was accused of trying to get a free burrito and they were rude. The owner wanted me to bring the old back. Poor customer service their food is not that great and its over priced. Will NEVER go back again!!
