I came here twice in one week because the tacos are so good. I love that the meat literally falls off the tortilla because there's so much of it and they give you a nice portion of consome to go with it. My son loves rice and beans and he said that they had the best rice and beans he's ever had which is saying a lot because he has pretty much eaten at every restaurant on the Central Coast. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Best Mexican Food in SLO county. The food is perfect every time, tacos, rice, beans. It’s the only place I genuinely liked the guacamole… I have never liked any guacamole or avocado. Also the staff is the most friendly, always smiling, and the most wonderful cashier/server knows me and my family (5) and our orders all by heart. You don’t get food and service like this anywhere else! My mom drives down from Templeton as often as possible for this place!

Very friendly staff and great location! With that being said however, I did not care for the food. I ordered their quesabirrias and I felt they definitely could've used more cheese and to be honest, more flavor. The consomé was okay, also lacked flavor in my opinion. I also ordered a carne asada burrito and I'm sorry but this burrito had no flavor at all! The carne and the arroz in particular tasted very bland. I hate to say this, but it seems like another Mexican restaurant in SLO that caters around the predominantly white population here and because of that, their food had very minimal flavor and spice. Which is very disappointing because I had high hopes for them because they're a cute restaurant with a nice vibe, but sadly I won't be eating here again.

This is the best Mexican food in SLO. Hands down. The pastor and carnitas are so good and flavorful. Fave dishes so far are the gobernador and the mulitas. The red and green salsas are killer diller. Let's keep this place going. Get Sinaloa tacos today and tonight and tomorrow.

LEGIT! Juicy & delicious. Wow, I was totally blown away by this gem. The birria tacos melted my mind and sent me to another dimension. I'm of the opinion that his spot deserves our support as they definitely bring the flavors. I ordered 3 tacos.. then had to order one more.

Not very good, pricey and don't have all the items on the menu. Way better places in SLO they are also at farmers market and food is no good either. For sure not authentic

Tacos Y Birria Sinaloa replaces Chinelo, the former burrito spot, with high prices and bland food. This relatively new taco joint features a completely different priced menu outside the door, as they have made their tacos a la carte now, increasing the price. I got two fish tacos and a side of beans. The fish tacos were 5 dollars each and came on a small corn tortilla that I speculate to be store bought. I cannot assert this was a mission tortilla, but it was not far from it. The fish on the taco was smaller than a frozen fish stick you buy in the sale isle at your local Kroger. There was no seasoning, whatever mayo-based sauce could have just been a drizzle of mayo. The accompanying green sauce also lacked flavor. The beans were bland. There is not much more to say to express my disappointment, as the food merely lack any flavor or character. I have been public school lunches from my middle school cafeteria.

My Husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch while visiting the town and were not disappointed! The food is tasty and authentic.. no canned ingredients used here, all home made with love! Carlos the owner took time to talk to us about his business and is very nice and provided great customer service. I highly recommend you stop by and try their delicious Mexican dishes. We will certainly stop by again on the next time to visit San Luis Obispo. M. Deibert

Was craving birria tacos and Sinaloa did not disappoint! Venue was quaint, friendly, and had plenty of seating. Our food took less then 10 minutes to prepare and tasted fresh. Will definitely be going back!

Had the Quesabirria, Asada, Pastor, Shrimp, & Fish Tacos. Chips & Salsa and side of Rice & Beans. The tacos were full of meat, loved them all. The side salsas with each taco was great. Loved the chips & salsa and the refried beans were AMAZING! Will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed the tacos and burritos. The back patio is very nice to eat in. Also, the owner was our server and made it a great experience.
