I'm a regular here and have tried 6 other Mexican places around SLO and this place by far has some of the most delicious menudo and Mexico food in SLO. I cannot exaggerate how delicious and fresh the food is. Not only is the food delicious and full of flavor but they have a salsa station and they are all spicy. Everything has upheld its quality for the past 4 months of me eating here. There are always plenty of places to sit at including an outdoor patio. It's really nice to be able to see the chiefs as well preparing the food and you can visual see how fresh the food is. The cashier is very polite and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone interested or loves Mexican food l.

Literally my favorite Mexican spot to date, and I'm from the Bay. I miss living in SLO. California burrito is fire and their salsa collection (self serve) is TOP NOTCH!! A must try if you're in the area!

Great food at an even more amazing prices. The service is great as well the lady behind the counter was very friendly and personable. The food was out quickly and they also have a good free salsa and chips bar. The only thing I could say that wouldn't be a plus is this isnt really a place to go in and sit down to eat the restaurant place is small and kinda cluttered with the over flow of the pantry stock.

Really friendly and great food! Very good value too.We had the Veg and California burritos, as well as fish and shrimp tacos. All were delish and very authentic.Atmosphere was very friendly and they had two screens with the NFL and MLS on.Nice outside area to eat the food in the sun too!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options of all the options on the menu.

Taqueria Santa Cruzin in San Louis HobisboMy girlfriend iced here for 3 years and claimed this was the best burrito of her life. It did not disappoint!I had the California Burrito, super fresh taste, great ingredients and was a really fair price! The potatoes were inspired, having had a few amazing Mexican restaurants in San Francisco this one easily ranks up as one of the best I’ve had so far in the US. Very quick service, spacious outdoor area for a hot day and they had a very good selection of drinks.

Busy location on Monterey Street downtown. We enjoyed fresh authentic tacos at outdoor tables under the trees. Sweet horchata as a beverage and great chip tray with carrots and pickled potatoes. Very reasonable prices!

Good little spot to grab some last minute food. The wet burrito was a good size. My biggest complaint is they don't use some kind of homemade tortillas. Just bagged missions and it definitely takes away from it. Smaller spot but has a little indoor and outdoor seating. Price is average for the area. Nothing to make a big point about.
