My wife and I just moved to town. We were looking for a good quick bite after unpacking all day. Village Pizza is just a 3 minute walk from our new place and their online menu looked great. After trying to get their website to work for an online order I gave up and ran over to their location. They are open till 9pm... I arrived at 8:30pm... the doors on one side were locked and the employee at the registered just stared at me. I went around to the other side of the building and entered through those yet to be closed doors. Before I could even enquire about placing an order they informed me that they were closed. I questioned this as they're sign out front says "open till 9pm"... they said the were understaffed and closed early. Fair enough... though I also mentioned to them that their website was very lacking and that I wasted 30 minutes trying to place an order. I just got back blank looks on the employees faces... and the most insincere "we're sorry" from two different staff who clearly have no concept of customer service. Whatever. I do know that my wife and I will never return... and judging from a number of reviews here (I didn't look earlier as we were in a hurry) it seems that I'm not going to be the last patron to be sorely disappoint by this business.

They made the pizza perfectly! The crust was deliciously crunchy, the way a pizza crust should be. I hate soggy or soft crust. Village Host Pizza is the best!

Ordered through their website with a pickup time at 7pm pm on a Saturday night and they charged my card. But when I arrived 10 minutes later the place was closed. Don't order using their website and basically I won't order anything from them again. In my opinion their pizza is like a good frozen pizza from a grocery store but my wife likes that kind of pizza. Their salad is actually good and have good ranch. In short, don't order for pickup or delivery because they will screw you over. This place is only for eating at their establishment when they might be open. I will need to spend vast time tommorrow getting my money back on the failed order through their website.

I ordered from this restaurant last month for pickup. Order was accepted and my card was charged. Half way to the restaurant and they call to tell me they’re out of what I ordered and cancelled the order. Had to wait a week for money to be refunded. Waited a month and gave them another chance. Ordered food and when I showed up to pick it up the doors were locked and the employees inside sitting at the bar looked at me for a second and continued their conversation. Simply unacceptable and will not be giving them a third chance. Judging by the way they run this business I doubt it will be open much longer. Good luck!

Ordered a pizza online around 650pm for dinner. They said it would be delivered by 7:30pm. We're just up the street and it hadn't arrived after an hour. I called at 7:55pm and asked where the pizza was. They said that they forgot to make it. They also said that they are closing, so I'll need to call back in the morning for a refund. They don't close until 9pm, so I thought this was strange. By this time other restaurants are closing, so we have no dinner, no heads up, and now I have to track down my money. Not sure I'll order here again since they're this inconsiderate :/
The employees working 11/04/2022 we're some of the most rude and unorganized workers I've ever interacted with. After I ordered and paid for our food I was waiting for my receipt and the guy said you can just grab your cup and go seat yourself I'll bring it to you when it's ready okay that's fine but I wanted my receipt which I never got by the way my order was well over 65$ for 2 pizzas and cheese garlic bread and 4 drinks. When we got our food the pizza is burnt not fully cut it was so hard the butter knife the lady suggested me to use instead of recutting the pizza for us wouldn't cut threw it but I don't understand why she wouldn't just cut it all the way thru but I ended up having to cut it with my pocket knife. Then my kids wanted to play a couple games in the arcade room no problem never had been there before so I go ask the lady if I could get a couple bucks in quarters her reply was crazy well if you just walked in there you would see there is a quarter machine in there. Well my bad I wasn't aware everywhere we've been had to get the quarters from the cashier. None the less over $60 bucks to get treated so less then and the whole time the employees are screaming the female employees name looking for her ignoring the customers they just plan and simple don't care about the customers even asking for a to go box seemed to bug them. Then the final thing that sealed the deal if all that wasn't enough the gentleman cooking the pizzas that night made fun of and teased my kids while they were walking out to our car all while he starts screaming "the weird homeless nasty guy is back" to the other employees "oh but don't worry I'm watching him" the guy was across the street walking along and he just started extremely loudly made it a problem how embarrassing that probably was to the poor elderly man just walking on the sidewalk ACROSS THE STREET even after all that guys nonsense the elder didn't cause any problems to p*** on

I wouldn't recommend not even one star for this place. I was here doing a DoorDash order picking up some food and the girl at the register didn't even look up I literally stood there for five minutes. Then she didn't give me everything on my order so I had to go back inside. I just needed for ranches, and she did the same thing it's not looking up from whatever paper she was looking at. I normally try restaurants that I pick up door Dash. But this is one place I will not be eating at

Ordered the Village Combination pizza. The pizza was perfectly baked and the crust tasted great. The portion sizes of all 8 ingredients and cheese were all generous. The pizza was ready as told, 20 minutes after ordering. A pleasant visit.

Omgoodness yummy pizza I really liked this place their pizza recipe is very unique definitely a different taste than I've ever had with pizza and the people working are so sweet so kind and chill it was just a warm and comfortable place to enjoy some great food amazing salad as well. Must try if you haven't yet. Oh and great place for the little ones to enjoy too they have a mini arcade to have fun in as well.... Enjoy?
