Honestly great place to grab a hot little snack and they always have the best deals. I think they do a BOGO everyday through the slo eats app and you can mix and match! I loooove the pizza pretzels! They also have fruity drinks and sweet cinnamon pretzels too. And the best staff ? the also always have a 20% off or a 40% off deal everyday of the week I believe.

I tried the Wetzel's in SLO for the first time the other day and thought it was pretty good! I got their new smores bitz - I asked for the chocolate syrup on the side and I'm glad I did or else it would've been way too sweet. Loved the mini marshmallows. Their bread is super buttery (most people will like that but it was too much for me) and I would say this was a pretty big portion as well. Service was good too

Went into Wetzel’s Pretzels tonight and Tony & Sarah were incredibly helpful and kind. My daughter got injured on the sidewalk and they were quick to provide us with ice for her injury. They also gave my daughter some lemonade, which really helped to cheer her up. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate their generosity. We purchase some pretzel bites and they were also cooked to perfection, but Toby & Sarah’s kindness made our pretzels that much better. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Food was good, staff was friendly. It’s extremely hot inside the store, it’s hard to wait inside for the food with how hot it is in there. The poor staff are all sweaty and seem uncomfortable.
Not owned by my gastroenterologist by the same name. Good little doggie pretzel wraps in a cup, with mustard.

I've been to wetzel's pretzels franchises all over Southern California and I've never had less than a 4 star experience - except for this time. This experience provided undercooked pretzels with horrific customer service. The cashier seemed so annoyed to be there. He seemed to perhaps be mute as he barely spoke. Hopefully the management makes some changes and provides some training and accountability for the staff. With so many other food and snack options around if this place continues like this I doubt they will remain open.
