When WineSneak opened, I was hoping this would be a friendly, accessible, local shop where a wine novice like me could get some personal help and guidance in choosing and finding interesting wines. Unfortunately, the people who work here just don't seem to care that much about customer service. On two separate occasions, I asked a WineSneak employee whether they could get me a French wine I'd had once and really enjoyed. Both took down my name and number and said they'd get back to me, and neither ever did. Being blown off like this indicates they don't really care about me as a customer and, as a result, I feel like I might as well shop at Von's or Costco for wine.

Ordered local bottle of wine online to save on shipping costs. There were options for pick-up and I chose the nearest location in Pismo Beach. Great online service, nice local selections, and fair prices. Order was ready the following day. Thanks.
