Coinstar machine here seems to have a higher fee than other locations.. 32%! I could not believe it. The cashier seemed like a robot (older lady, I did not catch her name). A lot of high school kids running around and blocking isles, be careful what time you go here.

Dan is absolutely wonderful. I love this store because it's easy and close to home. Today a man in the store gave me a bad vibe. There was just something that felt off. Maybe nothing but felt off. So checking out I asked Dan to walk me to my car. Absolute gentleman. Thank you Dan for helping me feel safe

Although I do not usually write reviews, I had to make sure that this review shines a light on the great people that work in this Albertsons. Specifically, I wanted to give a special shout out to Stephen in the meat department. He was very helpful in assisting me with putting together over 12 ready-to-eat meals, something that I sorely missed ever since they removed it from the shelves. Although I was severely disappointed their untimely removal, Stephen was more than happy to help me in putting these meals together. Furthermore, he was very helpful in giving me advice as to what would be the best options to pair with my meals as well as sound advice as to the preparation and cooking of these meals. Stephen, you are the man and I hope that you get recognized for your hard work!

First and last time we come to this Albertsons We moved closer to this center but we will stick to our old one. We waited 10+ mins for the butcher block to come we ding the bell they have, 2 employees passed without acknowledging us then I heard on the overcom "meat dept " still no one came we waited another 5 min then we decided to pay what we had in our hand. Now as we're paying I asked the cashier Enrique is there no one at the meat dept he said yes I even called I'm like yea but no one showed up but there was someone helping out someone before us and then he walked away. He stayed silent. Not even a "im sorry would you like me to call someone or something!" I understand if you're short staffed but at least get someone. Staff is so rude. Idk if if it's a racial thing with the staff. We drove out of our way to a different Albertsons which is beyond the best.

The most understaffed grocery store I've ever been to. Long lines every time. Needs a new manager that understands staffing.

I have my usual complaint...I wish the sale items would just be on sale...without having to download the digital items...there are some people that do not have a smart phone.Several of your employees were very n8ce and helpful..they went out of their way to help me. The store is clean and orderly.....

Jon the guy with the mustache who works in produce with the fruits and vegetables is a violent j**** I'm surprised a chain like Albertsons would allow a lunatic like him to work there who handles food

Unbelievable, meat prices are already high so why do this and cover it up conveniently with your stickers. Don’t know if I’ll be back at this location again.

I can't believe they have NO self checkout and have the audacity to not have their express lanes open. I've been coming here for years and it's always painful, I only come here if I have to. They give no fs.

Accessibility: accessible/handicap parking spots across from the front entrance, one or two motorized shopping carts plus regular shopping carts and baskets available. Doors to enter the building are motion-activated and it is air conditioned inside the store. Restrooms inside have a larger, accessible stall.Experience: normally Albertson's is a little pricey so I don't shop here but lately they have had great deals! I got buy one get one free eggs (carton of 12 each), and they had other frozen foods for as low as 1 dollar! Love that. I'll definitely come back with those kinds of deals. The employees are nice here too.

I shop at this location regularly (151 Woodland Parkway, San Marcos, CA). It is our primary grocery store. I have noticed there is a man in your produce department, named I believe Dan B. (Short, middle aged, white, mustache, glasses, short hair) that likely has some behavioral issues. I've just ignored him shouting odd things to no one at all when I'm nearby typically, which I've witnessed many times now, and one time nicely asked him who he was talking to; he said "oh that guy over there" and pointed at a co-worker a good 30 feet away. I mentioned he can't hear him that I was the only one nearby. and he just said "oh well" and kept ranting. I have seen him say very off-putting things around other customers, like very loudly complaining how much he hates his job and the customers he deals with, and these customers become visibly uncomfortable around him.Yesterday I was shopping with my wife in the produce department. We were quietly talking with about which parsley to get when Dan b., who was standing no more than 3 feet away, loudly burst out singing some ACDC song. I asked him if he could stop because we were trying to talk, and he angrily replied "well its a really good song" to which I replied "I'm sure it is, but we're just trying to talk." He was quiet for about 15 seconds, then turned and angrily said "Im so sorry for offending you." I told him, "you didn't offend me, I just want to shop" and as I was saying this he cut me off, and very angrily shouted "I am sorry I offended you, and I'm trying to apologize!" I just stared at him a moment, dumbfounded and very uncomfortable as he now had created quite a scene and many people were staring. I turned and left to not exacerbate the situation further, as he seemed very agitated and frankly unstable. I have worked in grocery and have managed someone with developmental disabilities in my department myself. It is great to give people an opportunity, but there are limits to what you can expect customers to put up with. I have not sought this guy out and try to keep my distance when shopping, yet I have witnessed several occasions of worrying instability now on his behalf and was personally verbally attacked myself today. Your customers should not be expected to put up with this atmosphere and from a business standpoint, it may be hurting return visits when people are made uncomfortable.I would like to continue shopping at your store but am increasingly feeling unsafe doing so.

Shutting the fryers down before 7pm? That's just ridiculous, I would've been fired for that when I worked at Albertsons.

The bagger with the long hair is incredibly unprofessional and kinda annoying. I think he might be a checker because I thought I saw him checking at one point.. but every night the staff seems like they're having one big party, and the customers are not invited.Tonight around 9pm he was holding a loud, sort of rude / inappropriate personal conversation with the checker. He was talking about his latest workout. Apparently he had gone on a workout with a different coworker and was bragging about it to the checker. Then he started doing push ups on the edge of the check stand. At one point he mentioned how much he can bench press but I do not remember the amount. He stopped to briefly ask me if I wanted bags, then he went back to doing push ups on the check stand and talking the checker's ear off. He did not stop talking about working out. I felt like I was interrupting their deep conversation about personal fitness. When I was walking out of the store I looked back and HE WAS STILL TALKING! As if there were no customers. There was a line and he only took breaks do push ups on the edge of the check stand or ask people if they wanted a bag.The other day, and I am pretty sure this was the same person, he asked someone "do you want bags, bruh?!" Literally that is word for word how he is addressing customers. Calling them bro. Positives? The produce is great. They have a huge selection of keto ice cream. The customer service just drives me crazy.

I look forward to the day when I get to meet Dena, because my boyfriend goes to her for majority of the times he gets flowers and they are by far the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen! They are always so full of life, color, and creativity! She does such an awesome job planning and organizing everything with her work. I have received a tremendous amount of compliments on her bouquets; she outdoes herself every time and I am always beyond overjoyed when boyfriend comes home with flowers from her! Thank you Dena!
