Alright I was originally gonna post 4 months ago cuz I had a horrible experience with the owner but I said," nevermind, I come here way too often." But a few days ago I was mind blown how he treated another customer. He yelled at her and tried to give her a lecture. Oh my gosh. I then realized he might be going through alot? Stressed? Poor girl was so nice to him. The bagels are still yummy and might just come here if my other bagel place is closed.

An amazingly large selection of bagels. I ordered a large pack without calling ahead, and they were able to gather my request in a very timely manner. The bagels and muffins tasted great and the employees were very friendly and service oriented.

I used to come here daily and would purchase large orders for parties. Sadly since new ownership the place has really turned for the worse. I specifically asked 3 times for my bagels not to be toasted and when I was served toast bagels, and notified the owner, he made a scene and accused me of lying. So sad ? Will not be returning.

There was an actual hair baked into my bagel. It was the grossest thing I have ever eaten. When I told the guy working there he got mad at me?? I’m the one who ate part of the hairy bagel ??. At least I got my money
Prepurchased bagels through TooGoodToGo App. Arrived with 5 minutes left in pickup window (3:20pm) and the place was locked up tight with no response upon knocking. Major waste of time driving at rush hour to get there and now having to deal with customer service for a refund. Just don’t sign up for that service if you can’t deliver… or at least message remaining customers if you have to pack it up early!

I'm sorry but this place has the shittiest smallest bagels, I have ever seen in my life. I've ordered it in the past and it's been fine but I went a few weeks ago and I literally just trashed everything because that is what it was .. trash.

Excellent. Bagel breakfast sandwich. Egg and sausage and cheese. Served hot with good cup of coffee. Nice customer service. Seating outside. Plenty of parking. Will return.

The bagels here ate really good but if im paying extra for cream cheese why is it a half smear? I mean their name is the big apple bagels yet the amount of cream cheese provided does not meet new york standards the skimp our on it completely. It is very frustrating especially bc you have to pay extra for it to be added on
