The absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Went on a Saturday evening and they were completely under staffed. It seemed like the people who were working were hiding in the back. No sense of urgency from the staff or managers. The restaurant was packed and the host/manager kept seating people even though none of the current guests had food or drinks. No servers to be found even though every table was full. It took well over 30 minutes once we were sat to be greeted. Took at least another hour to get food. In two hours we were able to order and get two drinks. People stood at the front with no one to greet them for 30-45 minutes at a time. There was an obnoxious dude at the bar who was standing up and yelling at people and they just kept serving him. We stayed because they were one of few places showing the UFC fights but I will NEVER go back. One server named Baylee was so sweet and came in the middle of the chaos and did her best to be attentive and make up for the obvious poor planning and management so I need to give her a shout out. The people next to us were there and waited longer than we did and agreed they would never come back. Do yourself a favor-save yourself some time and misery and go elsewhere.

They Hosted UFC 300- short staffed, terrible customer service, serious lack of management presence or care for any level of satisfaction. The negligence of the managers impacted every level of service for the employees and customers which was very apparent from the severely overwhelmed staff, and no care for customer service! When we walked In, it was obvious they were busy, but we were quoted approx 30 mins. For a table. The gentleman who greeted us was doing the job of what 3 or 4 people could’ve been doing given the event. He was clearly doing his best, but was so overwhelmed grabbing take out orders, that he completely left the entire walkway of waiting guests and new guests to observe the chaos for easily over 20 mins. We watched empty tables sit empty for over 40 mins, tables needing to be cleaned, and no acknowledgement or support from the managers, I observed what looked like a manager take a picture of all of us at the front (approx 15-20 people waiting) with no communication from anyone. We had finally asked if we could take one of the empty tables after waiting 45 mins as we were next on the list and were told a server would come over to us. She looked at us as if we just sat ourselves and never came to greet us. I had to get our own waters after waiting another 20 mins from the bar. So the craziest part is there is a QR code to order by yourself and don’t even really need a server, but we were originally told there wasn’t a server in the area? As we sat there watching, the other tables around us, in the same area, who were clearly there for the fight, as we were, most of them all finished eating and didn’t really need additional service, was very disappointing to be completely ignored. I had to stop a server to put us on someone’s radar, thankfully, he was very nice and took over to make sure we were taken care of. The managers stood around with their hands in their pockets, no recognition or apologies and no true attempt to organize the mess of the night. Serious lack of planning and preparation for the fight. The dissatisfaction of our experience, and many others as so many just turned and walked out the door due to zero acknowledgement of their arrival, is blamed completely on lazy negligent management!! They could’ve at least made an effort to see the business waiting to come in and it was clear that: building the business, supporting a healthy work culture, and engaging with their guests for an attempt to save the customer service was NOT priority!!!

I’m surprised this place is still open, I sat at the bar for 15mins before the bartenders acknowledge I was there . I ordered a drink and appetizer, it took 30 mins for the appetizer and another 45 mins to be acknowledged for another drink. The bartenders were taking drinks to tables, they were even taking food to tables. There was a point where there was no one behind the bar for 20 mins. The bar had like 15 empty glasses but no bartender, the people next to me ordered food and took almost an hour to get it. They even asked to cancel the order but just then the order was ready. Don’t think a manager was there or maybe there was but didn’t care. Service was no bueno.

as soon as we sat down our server said “ugh i have another table” while looking directly at us… server made us order online didn’t even do her job, never once checked on us but was going around giving other tables drinks, hugs, and hanging out. our food took 3 hours from the time we sat down and it was cold when we got it. ordered drinks from the bar never once got them, but tables around us kept getting drinks after drinks.. straight ridiculous. we asked to speak to the manager 2 times and we asked how long it was going to take a she said “ i don’t know their are 2 mangers on shift right but who really knows.” poor service will never come back ?

You lost 2 stars in service solely as a result of your hostess Kim. She is extremely rude and creates an awkward and unpleasant introduction to your restaurant.

The quality of food has definitely slipped. Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered on a busy bogo day, but come on, if that's what you're gonna advertise, then make sure you're well staffed. Placed my order online, went in when my meal "should have been ready" based on my receipt and I still had to wait an additional 30 min, just for the order to be wrong and the fries to be cold. And to top it off, there was a hair, yep, I'm mentioning that, a hair in one of the wings. It's not like it happened to fall on top while it was being put in the box, not uh, that hair was cooked into the chicken wing. I would soo post a picture, but I'd hate to ruin the appetite of those who love BWW. I asked for a refund, and I expect to see it within 3-5 business days.

February 2024This BWW got new seating furniture, it appears that with the new set up larger groups will be accommodated faster. They also have a QR code to order and pay.Kid-friendliness: There was a changing station in the girls bathroom. The waitress offered a sling for the baby car seat. They also had high chairs and booster seats available.
