I have gone several times and although they post that they open at 10:30 , they don't open untill the owner feels like it , today I called her and shes out and about , she just texted, me they will open by noon . I wasn't gonna wait an hour an a half for them to decide to open. I drove from another city just to be here on time when they open . Absolutely No respect for others peoples time .

Cute fun little place! Has great supplies for gum paste sugar flower crafting; carries good brands. Great customer service. the picture someone else put on here is old I think; they don't have many sprinkles anymore. They have a good selection of dummies, drums, boxes, and cupcake topper rings. Lots of chocolate molds. Has some older stuff still that wilton discontinued. Nice owners.

Looked this place up and saw the hours. Called and no one answered do figured phone was busy. Showed up and the place is closed for 7 days. Serious waste of time and gas.

Honestly, this is the last place anyone should go to get edible images for their cookies and or cakes. After this last time, I will not be returning. I would rather drive to Temecula to their cake supply shop. There’s always an issue with the edible printer. He does not place the edible image in a sealed ziplock to avoid drying out or to prevent contamination. He asks if you would like a shopping bag for the image!? The first time I visited, I asked for plastic wrap to cover the image to prevent a contamination. I owned a cake supply store and there is no way you should allow customers to walk out with an edible image and no way to protect them. He was editing an image on the computer for another client, he touched the edible image after touching the keyboard, the credit card machine, cash register, a pen, tape machine, and the printer. I noticed the customers edible image was distorted, it did not cover the entire page, and still charged her $12.99 for the entire sheet. I felt bad for her because I can tell she wanted to say something about it but didn’t. I asked him if his ink was out he said no. Well if you see the photo attached to this review. That was a lie. Because this clearly shows he is out of ink, I ended up not purchasing the edible image and I will never return.

I have been to this place couple of times. My experience is not good .. especially dealing with the owner (male). During my recent visit, I don't think he showed interest in business from us when I was there inquiring about the product they sell.

I had been frustrated and stressed for about a week by experiencing chain stores inability to put a custom picture/logo on a cake for an upcoming ceremony. A friend told me about Cake Crafters Supply Store so I went in yesterday afternoon and the door was locked which surprised me. Being the resourceful person I am , I went next door to the cake shop and they are affiliated and I found James. He helped me by printing an edible photo for the top of a cake. We had a great conversation about kids going to college and military service. He's a really nice person. I'm so thankful to have found a place to customize my cake! Go to this locally owned shop and the bakery next door-ask for James!

I am so glad I can call the store and they order supplies, styrofoam and other items for me and get them in fairly quickly. The owner is very nice and if your looking for something particular, they normally are able to get it for you.

Most creepiest place ever, the sign said open but the door was lock. I saw a person inside but they ran to the back. And after about 5 minutes open the door. Very strange person ask me what I was doing there. I was thinking who are you. And it was the owner asking do you live around here? I was like thinking none of your business!!! Don't waste your time or energy going here. Go to Micheal instead. Great way to do business!!!
