Way too expensive for what you get. It's just plain ice cream and toppings. They were out of waffle cones. It cost us $22.00 for one small cone and one cone with two scoops of ice cream and one topping each. The sales assistant was very nice and helpful--she was the only saving grace at this place. We won't be back.

My favorite ice cream. My combination is the rendez vous although it is no longer on the main menu. You can make your own combination. Yes, it is a little expensive compared to other ice creams. The place is no joke, it is very simple.

I have came here a couple of times since the knew owners have started working and it’s been horrible everytime. The way the owners do not care and never make my ice cream how it should be made. You can’t ask for extra cups or to get your ice cream split in two. The ice cream doesn’t taste right and the owners are rude. I walk out of this cold stone disappointed everytime and I will never be back.

Place doesn’t seem sanitary. Person handling my order was also handling cash. Didn’t bother to use hand sanitizer or use gloves. Waffle was super stale. I couldn’t eat it. Counter doesn’t seem cared for, not clean or well organized. Some labels on topping were missing.

The credit card machines haven't worked for years. You put costumers and the poors workers in a very uncomfortable situation on a daily. I don't get it how this store still operating.
I really like their ice cream. It doesnt make my wife sick since shes lactose intolerant. Never a long line. And next to a regal cinemas

very poorly run establishment, coming from a former employee, equipment constantly broken, cleanliness is subpar there are ROACHES in the back and front. owner does not stand up for employees in regards to out of hand customers as well as fellow staff, refuses to write up problematic employees, does not respect scheduling and will cut hours if you can't work when she wants you to despite hiring almost no one and knowing when you can't work from the get go. almost no training is provided. if you respect yourself or customer service workers in any way avoid this store.

Decided to come here while on vacation . they were located 3 miles from my hotel The Ice Cream was delicious ! More toppings than one could choose from , well worth the price of admission ! Hidden in shopping center but worth the search to find ! Don't pass this place by !

Waited over 10 minutes for somebody to come out so that I could place my order. They were open but nobody came out to even check if any customers had been waiting. I couldn’t order anything and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Went to Cold stonen creamery for some ice cream after going to the movies a great end to a good evening. Good flavor selection and the icream tasted just like they said Creamy.I will visit again.
