I had gone to Baskin Robbins for some ice cream and the employee there had such a horrible attitude and service and so I walked out with nothing and instead went to Coldstone. Walking into Coldstone, I was greeted with a warm welcome and huge smile from Mustafa. He was very friendly and polite from the getgo. He made my experience worth it and definitely had changed my mood. Thanks Mustafa!

Spent over $100 on a large cake. Drove home 10 minutes and found the cake split down the middle. Called and spoke with the store owner. I was simply asking for a partial refund considering the cake is not presentable as we had expected. Instead of meeting me in the middle, the store owner accused me of carrying the cake incorrectly and driving without the air conditioning on (both of which is not true). She did offer to fix the icing, but at the cost of me driving it back and forth. I explained this was not an option since I needed the cake first thing in the morning. Terrible customer service. Now I need to contact Cold Stone corporate. I've purchased this same sized cake from a different location in the past, and this problem never happened.

I'm leaving this review because I love cold stone and go regularly but this is most definitely not my regular store and I am SO glad it isn't! I came here with my 2 AUTISTIC son's and the store owners were completely disrespectful not only towards me and the boys but also towards their employee working there alongside them!! On top of the disrespect, our ice creams weren't made properly whatsoever. Very basic orders with 1 flavor and 1 topping. They didn't combine the ice cream and topping together. They split the ice cream in half and put the topping in the middle and put it in the cup. Also wanted to charge me for a bigger cup/lid when it was their fault it was overflowing and I even told them I was taking it to go. Super sad situation and I hope their employee realizes she deserves better then to work in an environment where she feels unwanted, is treated with disrespect and an environment that is extremely hostile. I know the owners will read this review and what I want you to take from this is that KINDNESS goes a very long way!!!! Especially when this is a major treat for my boys and they wanted to sit in store and eat their ice cream until the could feel the negativity coming from both you and your wife. My oldest even said "I hope that girl doesn't get hurt."YES! That girl is your employee! And YES that's an issue my son feels that way!!

It seemed a little slow and the Owner was the only one working when my friend and I stopped in today. He was super friendly and even gave us little treats. The store was immaculate and even smelled yummy! The absolute best place to ever go for ice cream!

I've gone to other cold stones, the ones at the malls for example, this cold stone gets the 5 stars because the ambiance is calm. There isn't much noise you can sit with your family and eat your ice cream in peace. There isn't enough seating in my opinion, but besides that small detail, the service is always great! The manager hires people who want to be there and make the experience a great one. Your just going out for ice cream, there's nothing too special about that, but when your there everyone smiles, and they are patient always ready to help you discover new flavors and that's what u like, the feeling of being able to explore the options without feeling rushed! The ice cream itself is high creamy quality and the flavor is very good, im sure it's standard at every cold stone, but again, what's special to this little location is the calm low noise environment where you can sit with your family or friends and just chat.

Came here for some caramel apples. The owner, Comert & his wife, were so unbelievably kind and went our of their way to make sure we were all set and got what we wanted, plus gave us a lovely greeting and goodbye. We all even got some sample chocolates from the owner. Thank you both so much.

My 9yo son was craving for that perfect banana ice cream, and this place did the job! Not only was the service fast and staff was courteous, the place was very clean and organized. There were plenty of tables and seats, I'll bring more friends for a get-together next time. I met the owner, and he was super friendly, we had a good conversation. I was very impressed with seeing Rocky Mountain chocolates as well as caramel apples, something nice and sweet for everyone! I recommend this location to anyone looking to indulge in super creamy ice cream or fine chocolates.

I’ve ordered 3 custom cakes/cupcakes here over the last 3 years and each time there has been an issue. One Valentine’s Day, my custom order was missing or someone had bought it. They replaced it with a premade cake. Another one of our custom cupcake order was supposed to have yellow icing, but it was white. And most recently, our custom cake had red velvet cake pieced in for a second layer. Really disappointing and sloppy.
