Fabulous desserts! Was lucky enough to find Dolce Italiana just merely 10 days prior to our event. Without hesitation, Letizia was more than happy to accommodate our request. We ordered the risotto cheesecake, chocolate praline cake and a few trays of assorted mini bite size desserts. Everything was absolutely delicious and beautiful! We will definitely be using Dolce Italiana again in the future.

Everything is made with high quality ingredients infused with the passion to create them. Do yourself, friends and family a favor and try some of everything. Went to a bridal shower a couple hours away with the most delicious cannoli cake and wanted to find something similar and local. Letizia and the Dolce Italia team were super helpful and responsive, making the ordering process a breeze. The pick-up process was also seamless, they even included a mini version of the cake for me to sample before serving my cake. The cake itself was incredible, flavorful, fluffy cake, creamy icing, and not overly sweet. I plan on ordering all desserts or cakes exclusively from Dolce Italia from now on. Highly recommend!

I am Italian and traveled to Italian, and have tried the efforts of other Italian establishments in San Diego County.I want to congratulate Dolce Aroma for taking a big step in opening this treasure.For those who think the bakery goods are too small, one has not traveled to Italy or any other country in Europe. The US is the only country that sells oversized cheaply made bakery goods. Trying to impress with being big. Hmmmm. Frozen and tasteless. Yes, Dolce Aroma cost a little bit more, but these ingredients are high quality, plus they are from Italy. When was the last time you looked a the cost of a flight to Italy? TEN STARS for the Cornetto! One can tell this flour is not from the USA, it is so pure and the Cornetto was flaky, and not too much butter, just perfectO! The prosciutto was high quality, not salty, perfect, fresh mozzarella cheese made the sandwich a perfect mixture of mouth watering flavors.Wonderful customer service, helpful to those who adventure out in trying something new. Big Italian smiles. Nice to speak Italian with themCan't wait to tell Ma!

I'd never heard of a cassata cake when my daughter asked for one for her birthday. Letizia to the rescue. Not only was she able to pull together a beautiful customized cake at the last minute, but her pricing was fair and the quality was outstanding. (Even the cake box was cute!) I'm so glad we found this bakery- we will definitely recommend to others and return again!

Now that my sister lives in San Marcos instead of Chicago, her favorite birthday treat, a cannoli cake, seemed a thing of the past. Salvo and Letizia to the rescue! She was surprised and delighted to have her sweet tooth so well satisfied. Grazie mille !!

Dolce Italia never disappoints me. Either I order something a la carte or something not on the menu, Salvo brings his special touch of authentic Italian flair in his cakes. Elegant, light yet tasty, not too sugary...the perfect cake or dessert for any occasion. It's nice to be in in California, but being able to go back to Italy by memory and palate. The tiramisu cake is incredible! Absolutely authentic and delicious. The owners are from Italy so they truly bring a taste of Italy into their tiramisu. We wouldn't get tiramisu from anyone else!
