I was so excited about trying Dream Dinners because it is local and I can pick it up. I was also excited about a new way for me to cook for my husband instead of the usual every night deluxe I fix. However, I Went to pick up my order and walked in hoping to be greeted with a smile or at least a "welcome, my name is...are you a new customer, let me show you around...". NOPE didn't get that at all. A lady name Sandy was extremely rude to me, never welcomed me, never introduced herself (until I forced it out of her with my kindness ;). I will never go here again and I'm so disappointed that something I was really excited about got shot down in a hard second due to bad customer service. SHAME ON YOU!

When I was first told about Dream Dinners I was super confused and didn't understand the concept. Once you do it, it makes perfect sense. Let me see if I can properly explain. You go to their website and pick out the items you want to order. You can pay extra to have them ready and you just pick them up. Or you schedule a day and time to go put them together yourself. This is what confused me. Am I like chopping carrots and stuff when I go? That was what I didn't understand. But no, it is super easy - MOST everything is done for you. You basically just show up and grab the different items and make a premade meal to later heat up. So then I was wondering why am I doing anything at all, why don't I just pay the extra to have them do it for me. Well, its because making it yourself is actually kinda fun and more importantly you can customize if you are a picky eater. For example, if you don't eat mushrooms or onions or something you can just choose to not add them to the meal. If you love spicy food and the ingredients say to take X amount of crushed peppers you can take XX amount of peppers. And its easy. The employees are very helpful and are around to answer questions. Once you make all your meals you take the bags home and can freeze them until you are ready to cook them. So far everything we have had has been good and everything is really easy to finish/heat/cook at home.
