Went here on a whim with my wife and was pleasantly surprise. I had the greek salad with chicken and i must say, that was the best greek chicken i have ever eaten. Mixed with the salad it was a perfect lunch. My wife had the chicken and beed kabobs. More than enough delicious food.Parking is in a lot to the east of the resultant. Had lunch on a Tuesday around 12 and it was not super busy since service was quick. Lunch is the same as dinner but cheaper withe the lunch specials. If you like Mediterranean food i would highly recommend.

I have driven by it a number of times.I finally stopped in and am glad I did!I ordered the lentil soup and Dizi (Abgoosht). Two beers plus Persian ice cream. The food was fantastic and in large portions. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and with a warm colorful atmosphere. Their food is unique and quite flavorful. Go there!

We started with some mocktails, one of each offered that night, which were fresh and bright. I had the steak and it came with this delicious butter what was to die for. We also split a salad which was tasty and had the creme brûlée for dessert. I’d recommend the salad and the steak but not the creme brûlée. I always like to try crème brûlée when I’m eating out at restaurants and it’s on the menu. Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst crème brûlée I’ve ever had. It was an odd color (kinda brown, and not a pretty, creamy light yellow color that it should be) and it was a very weird consistency. Also the sugar crust didn’t crack like it should, I think it was too thin. A little on the expensive side but all in all, a very nice tiny experience.

Although we love the food there but there is guy who is spoiling the taste by his attitude. It is more than a year that we are a weekly customer there. Every one is super nice and friendly except that guy. Do not recommend.

This place is a hidden gem off the 78 freeway. It's tucked around a corner off the Rancho Santa Fe exit. I've been wanting to try this place and finally had the chance, too, after a friend recommended us going and us finally getting free time. Our waitress was so nice and helpful with our decision-making. I ordered the com inayion plate- Kobideh and Chicken, and my husband ordered the gyro sandwhich. Our kids shared our plate plus the table salad and lentil soup. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our service was exceptional for something that seemed like fine dining but without the price tag.I have to say the one thing that is calling my name again is their homemade taziki sauce- bomb dot com, to die for!!! It's probably one of the best I've ever had. Will definitely make it to this restaurant again to try other options and plates offered.

The food is good, huge portions! The salad was fresh and the meat was flavorful. The service is a bit slow even though there weren't many tables occupied. Prices are reasonable and there is a family friendly vibe.

We’ve been searching for a great Mediterranean - Middle Eastern restaurant for over two years since living in North San Diego County. Friends highly recommended Aria. We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered hummus, a Gyro platter, and a Greek salad with the addition of chicken kabobs. We found the hummus very garlicky, the pita bread was tasty but fell apart easily. The Gyro meat was outstanding as was the basmati rice and the garden salad was very fresh. We found the tzatziki had too much dill but the Greek salad dressing was delicious. My partner had the Greek salad which was also delicious with cucumbers, Kalamata olives and a good amount of Feta. Everything was super fresh. Portions were very large and we have another meal for tomorrow. We have earmarked this as our favorite Persian restaurant and have added this to our favorite restaurant list. Service was also very good. We introduced ourselves to the owner and Chef Parham and let him know how much we enjoyed our meal. You may wonder why we marked food as 4 stars. This was due to the hummus and tzatziki sauce. I would have marked it 4.5 had the system allowed it. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is available to facilitate entry into the restaurant.
