I walked in hoping to get a smoothie, but the worker(pink hair) appeared busy and didn’t greet me back when I walked in. Weird, but understandable… I waited patiently for her to finish cleaning and turn to ask me for my order. Five minutes go by and not a word. Nobody else is in there until another customer walks in, the worker finally says “Hi good morning!”. Turns and takes her order right away. Doesn’t say a word to me, I’m still standing right there. Guess I’m a ghost? Felt really off to me.

9/13/23 @ 2:35The girl working at the front decided it would be a good idea to have me wait too long for a smoothie and say “oh you know your drinks ready by the way” after not even calling my drink out when it was. Thanks, I guess? The smoothie was also chunky and still had frozen bits, could’ve been put in the blender a second time during the time I was waiting. Every time I go there, it’s sucks, stinks and the workers seem to hate their job. Never going there again and I swear if I get sent that automatic message to reach out to them, don’t even bother

It was so visibly dirty and stinky. The drinks were fantastic, the staff was friendly. But they need to keep a better cleaning schedule!

Terrible experience...1 - the cashier didn't know that if someone purchases a jamba cup and brings it in that they get 10% off.2 - the girl making my smoothie was so rude. I purchased a large with whey and received a small. When I pointed out I paid for a large, she rudely took my cup, made enough for a medium and said "is that good enough?". 100% it is ABSOLUTELY NOT. I walked away because I'm too mad to deal with them again...I will not be back here and would not recommend anyone else waste their time.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION if I could one star it, I would.This location needs new employees new management whatever because current management obviously can’t make good decisions for the sake of their business.The drinks are below average and the customer service could be better. DONT COME PAYING INFLATED PRICES FOR A DRINK NOT WORTH ITS PRICE TAG There was one new girl who was stellar and the sweetest soul and made a killer drink. Only to find out that she NO LONGER WORKS THERE likely because this entire store seems shady. I’m glad she got out but was clearly their only hope when it came to my business because she kept me coming back after every bad visit.The store is dirty and unappealing on the inside and the supposed manager seems like she’s lost all the time.Ive grown up on Jamba Juice and this place has made me a Robeks fan

Someone edited the address to a Elk Grove Jamba Juice. I looked on google and this is the San Marcos location Yelp, you can see by some of the reviews and tips. (I suggested an edit back to San Marcos) This location at 591 Grand Ave ste 100 has poor management or owners. Extremely short staffed. There is literally 1 person working with a restaurant full of people. The other worker left about 45 mins ago. When I initially got there, there was 7 people total. 3 hasn't ordered including me. The employee was leaving. Had a sweater on and said she would help make some smoothies and she was digging in the freezer with her large sweater and pulling out her phone lol she placed it on the drawer/freezer I'm not sure but it's where she dug out my frozen bananas and I'm assuming the other lady is a manager, she was letting her know her ride is almost here. Lol anyhoo. The other 2 people behind me got their smoothies first, and my sandwich I ordered was left cold on the counter because employee made it then threw it under the stove lol anyhoo, I love Jamba but this location definitely needs new management and some more employees!

This is the Worst Jamba. Rude employees. Very Slow. & Not very clean. We got here At 7:29. Doors locked. Supposed to Close at 8. Drinks are not that good anyway. Tonight finished it for us will never come back.
