Went in for my lunch-ordered online and it took another 20 minutes. Avalon was FANTASTIC-she was running around and trying to keep everything together-the epitome of excellent service. The rest of the crew was horrible-slow, chit chatting after knowing i was waiting for 20 minutes and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Avalon should be praised for her work and the rest retrained.

Upon my recent visit to Jersey Mike's, I was transported into a realm of sandwich mastery unlike any other. The establishment exudes a welcoming and friendly vibe which sets the tone for a delightful dining experience.The staff members were courteous, engaging, and more than willing to accommodate my customizations. Their knowledge on the menu was impeccable, aiding me in choosing the hearty "Original Italian" sub. The freshness of the ingredients was apparent with every bite I took. The meats were succulent and flavorful, veggies were crisp, and the bread was baked to perfection - soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside.

The way things are today in our society all I here is, we can't find enough employees and the ones we do find are not willing to work hard. I just wanted to say, we all know the sandwiches are great but yesterday I had an incredible experience at Jerseys Mikes. I realized as soon as I got there that it was Sunday afternoon and it is football season!!! The place was crowded with both in house and on line customers. The way this staff worked to make sure everyone was well taken care of was something that we don't always see very often. The manager and owner of this location should be extremely grateful to have such a great staff.

Okay, this was my first time in a Jersey Mikes. I heard they did a great job with gluten-free and that was an allergy based requirement for someone in our party. The gentleman who is helping me (didn't get his name) was just fantastic. Very careful with the allergy, and super focused on customer service. Couldn't have had a better experience than I did a Jersey Mike's in San Marcos.Dietary restrictions: Celiacs disease

Jersey Mike's is probably the best chain sandwich shop in the world. They've sourced their meats, the bread is white or wheat, and even the veggie options are simple. I'm a big fan of going with their cold subs, prepared Mike's way, heavy on the juice. Service is always great and very streamlined.
