I had to bring back a pot pie that was dry and gloppy. The chicken was very dry too, but the fish was amazing! I brought everything else back and the manager was not very pleasant to work with. I was not given a receipt, but she was able to look up my order and refund it back to my card. No apology, just an impatient attitude and a brusk send-off. There are plenty of other restaurants to visit, so it would take a very desperate situation for me to return here.

Today I was told it's an extra $1 for a breast in my 2 piece box. I've never been told this before. Got the wrong piece in the box. Chicken and biscuit were dry and hard. Cashier was rude as always!

Sanitary issue!!! Here for a pickup order. They are ignoring the line of customers waiting to order, but even worse, they are not sanitary! Employees are grabbing the chicken with their BARE HANDS after touching the cash register and money! This is a huge food safety issue! If you want food thats been touched by multiple dirty hands, eat here!

Went for quick dinner; restaurant and drive through were completely empty. Nobody would take our order. One employee sitting at table looking at phone, drive through attendant ignored us. Just left and went elsewhere. I guess that's why it's empty.

I don't really give anybody bad reviews but I had to on this one! I literally repeated my order 3 times and paid extra for a side and when I got home my sides weren't there and seems like the workers were high they kept laughing and laughing..very dissapointed and mad

I don't know what it is, but you always get your drive thru order jack up. You talk to them at the speaker, you talk to them at the window, and you talk to them when you get your order. And still, they forget something. Won't be back.
Horrible service, didn't get what we ordered, chicken was dried out and a bucket, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 6 wings was almost $50! Never going there again!!!

It is Christmas Eve. The drive through line was long so we decided to park and go inside. We were not greeted. We stood there for more than 5min with no acknowledgement. A guy walked by twice to fill the ice and he never acknowledged us. We decided they don't need our business if there's no acknowledgement. There were no signs saying they weren't doing orders from inside.Very disappointed

This has got to be the worst KFC in the world. Every time I come here, something is unavailable. They literally ran out of extra crispy chicken today! Like, seriously, you serve one product. And you ran out of it??? Manager told me if I wanted it, I'd have to wait 20 minutes. Isn't it her job to maintain the availability of product? To anticipate when you're running low and start prepping the next batch???? DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU'RE OUT TO PREP THE NEXT BATCH!!! I ordered online, my order was suppose to be ready by 1:08pm. I didn't get my food until 1:36pm. Had I opted to wait for extra crispy, I probably wouldn't have gotten my food until 2!!!!
