The food they have is very good, I find myself getting food from here quite often anytime I need something to eat. The only downside is that it often takes a long time to get the food out, other than that it's pretty good.

Always fast and friendly service. I would say mayb some more training for over the phone, when asked for directions they couldn't tell me how to get there or what corner they were on.
