The restaurant is dingy and unclean, the staff have poor customer service skills. Acting like me paying their bills with my order is an inconvenience to them. Wouldn't even look me in the eyes as I ordered. The overall rating here lives up to it. ??

Pizza is always awesome at this location, but tonight stood out because they were so so busy. There were about 9 different people waiting and the team was amazing. Calm, friendly and so so fast even through the chaos. Thank you for making Christmas week easier on us!

Gave them a few more chances and they screwed it up every time. Don't order through the app. The employees can't figure it out and will screw up your order. Go elsewhere!

EVERY time I go into the Little Caeser's on Woodland Parkway in San Marcos, they NEVER have the Pizza I want ready. Even though it is on the menu as a Hot and Ready Item. They always tell me it will be 6 to 8 minutes and it can be ready. WHY? WHY? WHY? It is supposed to be a READY TO GO ITEM. They should have at least one ready to go at all times. If it sells, great, make another one and have it ready. This is CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING.

A hot and ready pizza is widely known to be a quick grab item. That's the entire point behind the marketing. Well, according to the gen z staff at this location, that means. 20 minute wait. Everyone who works here was born post 9/11. They have no work ethic. Don't come here.

Ordered (2) Pepperoni Thin crust Pizza's. Both soaking in grease. Barely cut slices and a total rip-off with delivery fees and service charges. Total bill came to $39.29. If I would have picked-up, it would have been closer to $25.00I used to be a big fan of Little Caesar's but this is going to make try out other options when it comes to pizza. Chill out on the grease. WOW!! It's incredible how this is missed while the pizza is prepped for delivery.

The thin crust pepperoni pizza is very greasy and little flavor except for the pepperoni. By the time the pizza arrives home in less than five minutes it is swimming in grease. Have not been in establishment to rate the ambiance etc.

They gave me the oldest pizza. They were confused when I asked for zap packs. Places like this need to hire people who care and not just anyone, I won't be returning, which is unfortunate because I work in the neighborhood. ...just lost business.

I arrived at scheduled pickup time and it was not ready. I watched as 2 of my other pizzas sat to the side getting cold for 15 minutes until I was told my pickup order was ready. They could've put the other 2 that were reading in the warmer to keep them warm while the 3rd one finished but they just let them sit out and get cold. When I told them the other 2 pizzas were cold the shrugged me off and didn't care.

7 dollars? Okay, tolerable. But 10 dollars for an extra most bestest?? That’s where I draw the line. At that point I’ll just go to dominoes or Pizza Hut. Hell, premade store bought are on the table. No way I’m paying 10 dollars for this quality.

Just got pizza today not cut or cooked all the way . Now that the price has gone up expect more people to complain we want our pizzas cut and cooked for 10$!!!!!

Dirty inside, workers not wearing gloves and handling food while also touching everything else. One guy had dirty fingernails. Disgusting, will not be returning!
