When I say I'm picky with fish tacos I'm picky. No where in San Diego do I eat fish tacos but this place! It's reminds me of Ensenadas fish tacos and they are so delicious. Craving a fish or shrimp taco this is the place to go!! With no hesitation! 10/10!

The food here is so fresh. I got the 3 tacos for $10 and every bite was crunchy and warm. The agua fresca's are the best part, every sip is refreshing. If you're a returning costumer and want to try something new I recommend the surf and turf fries they're so crispy and the best I've tried. There's plenty of protein in every serving. It definitely feels like I'm having a home cooked meal every time I eat here. The customer service is great, I'm always greeted with a smile and welcoming employees. It's very family friendly and there's an option for everyone even the littles. Definitely recommend Meche's fish tacos.

Best fish tacos in San Diego! Yup, fresher ingredients especially the fish! The custom corn tortillas that are so soft and don't break apart! They also have some unique killer sauces that all combined make for a better fish taco experience. Plus 3 fish tacos for $10 bucks! Yup, way better than anything I've tried locally even better than restaurants. So move over Rubios,

I dropped by the other night and they were so friendly. I had a street taco and a fish taco that were insane. This food is not to be missed. Go see them and enjoy. I fully believe you will be back and if you don't go back it's not because of the food or the people because they crushed it

Amazing food at this taco truck in vista! Drove by and saw this the first time on Friday night so decided to try it for a few snacks. We were very impressed by the food and service. The quesadilla was delicious and the chipotle sauce was fantastic. The carne asada street taco was the best around we've had. They even made us a vegetarian taco which was delicious. They make everything fresh and it shows. Definitely a hidden little gem. We will go back often.

New food truck in Vista right at the roundabout of Guajome and Santa Fe. Highly recommend. We were driving home for the night and we're looking for a late night snack when we saw Meche's Fish Tacos. We ultimately got a street taco (carne asada), mini quesadilla, fish taco and the owner was nice enough to make us two veggie tacos! Everything was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. They had an incredible chipotle sauce that was also . Will definitely come back for the 3 for $10 deal. Fantastic staff, friendly and fast (especially for being made fresh and on the spot - we watched them hand battering to order) and really good food. Couldn't recommend more. Glad they're going to be more regular to the area.

The food is AMAZING and so are the employees. If you are craving some Baja style tacos this is the place to go. They are new to Vista and offer an amazing deal 3 Fish Tacos for only $10.00. You can't beat that!! Also if your a salsa lover you have to try all 3 of there famous salsas Chipotle, Avacado and Spicy they are "DELICIOUS" Everything is fresh!!! Definitely freshness guaranteed!! Give um a try you won't be disappointed I promise. This is a pretty popular spot new to the area in Downtown Vista.
