I have moved around a lot in the last decade and every time I do, I go through the process of finding a place with good Mexican food. For San Diego County, Neto's is it. Food is always A1 and the staff is great. Excellent, simple Mexican food. Meat eaters already have that part of the menu covered but I'm mostly vegetarian and Netos offerings are pretty solid on this front. I've now had the veggie burrito, cheese verde enchiladas with rice and beans, potato tacos - I don't know why more places don't have these - and side of guacamole. I found the guacamole meh, but everything else has been quite good. I even like their rice, which I tend to be very particular about. Salsas have good flavor, but you can only order small portions online. But, and this is important, at least they never forget the salsa like a lot of places do. Will definitely order again.

Netos changed owners back in 2022. Gotta say the experience was horrible. They completely changed the recipes that made Netos special from all the other Mexican food restaurants.
