Kid-friendliness: They offer an Amazing kids reading program challenge and really celebrate the kiddos accomplishments. It was heartwarming and sweet...not just the bundt cake.
I had to place an last minute order and I called them just before closing for Bunditnis and I will be there by a couple of minutes late. I was told it's ok if I can be there by 8:05 PM. Upon arrival the staff just seem to be scared and went to hide quickly. I understand the safety concerns in the current world but they could have just mentioned that they can't process the order on the phone to save each others time.

Easily the best cakes, they're always moist, sweet and the frosting is delicious. My favorite ones are lemon and strawberry cream. I get it Doordashed quite often and never had a problem with something missing which means their staff is on it, thanks! This is a total crowd pleaser and if it were closer to home, I'd bring it to every event.

I love this place! Anytime we have a celebration: Birthday, anniversary, get together... I always come here to get my cakes. From large Bundt cakes to mini bundtlettes there's always something for someone! I love how cute and warm the store feels. Someone is always greeting you when you come in and the staff always have smiles on their faces. I use to love when they did free sampling so I could try other cakes. I do appreciate that they bring back certain flavors every now and again. And I love how you get a free small bundtlette for your birthday. I wished they offered a rewards program though! My all time favorite is the Reese's peanut butter Bundt cake and the white chocolate raspberry

I took my Aunt here because it was her birthday. We had the worst customer service at Denny’s. So we went to Nothing Bundt Cakes because she had coupons for her bday and B1G1. We got there and noticed she didn’t receive her bday coupon. Her B1G1 had expired within 2 days of getting it in her email. Letty took care of my Aunt. It was her 73rd bday. Letty said she would take care of her and she she did! She honored her birthday coupon and the B1G1 bundles. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her kindness. We left feeling so good and made my Aunt’s day. Thank you, Letty! You’re the best!
Not only do they not do samples anymore * cue the dumb valley girl voice( but cause Covid) but they don't even offer courtesy utensils to eat their overly priced cakes. Boooooooooo I'll be taking my hard earned dollars elsewhere! Good riddance!

I picked up the new pop-up flavor, Churro Dulce de Leche. OMG it was ridiculously GOOD! Run, don’t walk to try this new flavor. It will not disappoint. I hope they will keep this one on the regular menu! YUM!!!!
Very unhappy! They advertise CUSTOM, however,they said it's company policy not to put frosting on 1/2 of the cake. I requested that as the cake was for my grandson and he hates cream cheese frosting. I like it but as I said they would not accommodate my request. Also my family thought the cake needed to be baked longer as the texture was odd.

My mom got me a small Bundt (I don’t remember the name of the size but it’s basically a single person size - maybe 2 people size) on the Saturday before my birthday. We don’t live close by, not only to this location, but to any Nothing Bundt Cales locations, so she wanted to make sure I had a delicious birthday cake to take home with us when we left. By Wednesday (the day of my birthday) the cake had been patiently waiting in my fridge to be eaten all that time, and it was still just as moist and delicious as if I were a fresh cake! My husband and I loved it! We got the red velvet flavor and were incredibly pleased to find it not dried out at all when we finally ate it.

I purchased a 10inch birthday cake online yesterday morning for my son's birthday for the Carmel Mountain location. At about 1:00pm I received a email that stated my order was cancelled due to technical difficulties from this location. That for one sounded like a internal problem. I called the location for further explanation. I was first told they couldn't locate my order by the order number, or by my name. I explained the funds were taken out of my account and a acknowledgement receipt was provided. They said it was not in their system. The associate got a manager after I requested a more knowledgeable person so I thought. Manager was of no help, Just stated you will receive your money back in 24 hours. My bank stated 7-10 days depends on when the merchant releases the hold. SMH. Manager proceeds to offer me some mini's to replace the issue. I accepted that as I had no other options at this point. Nothing Bundt Cakes is not exactly cheap!. I went to pick them up. The associate placed them in a bag of which I thought was too small and I was right. Got home and the bundlets where all on top of each other. What a terrible experience. I have been going there for many years and have two more children's with birthday's over the next 2 months. I was hoping this was going to be a nice change. I was so so wrong. Never again.Signed,VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!PS. Word of mouth is the best vice for a unsatisfactory experience ;)
