New location and it's nice inside. Improvement over the last location. Not a lot of seating. We got a breakfast sandwich, bagel with cream cheese and two small coffee's and it was over $22.00 and that's without table service. The bagel was nothing special and didn't give much cream cheese. Husband said his sandwich was ok but not worth the money. At least we could refill the coffee. Winco has much better bagels and bigger and more fresh. The bagel I received was the one in their display when you walk up to the counter. No clue when it was baked.Parking: No street parking and parking lot very small.

Omg is this place ever overpriced. A normal size bowl of chicken soup which tasted like lipton's instant. Definitely was not from rendered chicken. And a small piece of bread was like 12 bucks something like that absolutely crazy. The first and hopefully the last time I'll ever go there if you're going to drop 20 or 25 bucks for lunch and you're okay with that well here you go. They served me Mac and cheese in a dirty bowl, when I showed them they poured the food from the dirty bowl into a new clean bowl. I told them that the food is already contaminated by the dirty dish, so i asked for the manager he told me the dish was not dirty but stained. I knew this was not the case so I had him pass me the dirty dish and I scraped off the old dried food. It was not until after arguing with me that they gave me a fresh bowl with new food. I won't go back to this location.

Food is great, but everytime I order for drive thru pickup or delivery something in my order is always missing. It's happened 3 times in a row. I guess just order for dine in only.

I love this Panera! It's bright and clean inside. The staff is super nice and helpful. The other night, I dropped my drink accidentally (I am SO sorry!) but the staff was super nice about it and replaced my drink quickly and started to clean the mess right away. I felt so bad and embarrased! Thank you for being so nice about it, not mean. I completely understand it's not fun to clean up someone else's mess. AND, it's so hard to find nice customer service nowadays... especially here in Southern Cali. This made me feel SO good!

New location. Great employees, friendly staff and very helpful. Parking is not the best small lot. So on busy days it can get full. The older location was better for parking. But overall still delicious and friendly environment. ?

This was at the new San Marcos location. I put in an order for pickup for mac and cheese to serve 12 people for a birthday party. This was submitted at around 6AM for 3:30PM today. Well ahead of time. I show up and the woman at the front told me they didn't have my order. I provide the details of my order and she goes to the back to check then comes back and asks if I'm sure it was for this location. I confirm again then she goes back again. She comes back with the smallest cup of Mac and cheese they serve. I, again, state that this was an order for 12 people. She rudely takes the bag from my hand without saying a word. She comes back with a slightly bigger cup and I'm just in shock. I again ask her if this is for 12 people. She says yes then rudely disregards me. At this point I am not sure even sure what else to say. I should have asked for a manager in hindsight. It completely caught me off guard. I've never experienced this level of unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Safe to say I will not be returning.

We are frequent customers because we love the food very much. We went to store 204296 in Carlsbad yesterday afternoon. We were in front of the counter, but the cashier made us wait forever, still occupied with her task. There was no line and it was not a busy time of the day. Eventually, another employee from the back came to take our order. We stood there for at least 5 minutes without any greeting or customer service. We were invisible to her.

The food was given promptly and it was delicious. The southwest salad had lots of avocado and chicken and most importantly the dressing. The Mac and cheese was hot and very good also my turkey bravo sandwich had a lot of turkey and the sauce.Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for the kids to sit.

Update - just visited the new drive thru location. The new place is great. Good parking, plenty of space inside and a great outside eating area too.LOVE this place! Get the app and order from your phone - saves time for sure!

As EV owner, these brand new chargers are not working. Are these put in to just to get the funding from the State? The stations are rejecting my chargepoint app while everywhere else works. Fix them!!!
