Service this evening was bad. I put in a carry out order. The email and application said to be there to pick up between 5:53 and 6:07pm. I showed up on time and was told they can't even see my name on the list and I show return in 40 minutes. I drove to the grocery store and came back 40 minutes later. The food was not ready, when asked about a discount, I was told well we been running very busy since 3pm. I said okay well I guess I'll just let corporate know. She said okay and I walked out. Only reason I gave two stars is because the food was hot and good.

Had a great experience ordering from this location! I was worried at first because we had a large order with a lot of different items but everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly when I picked up as well. Will definitely order here again. Thank you!

Worst service ever put a call for carry out paid through Apple Pay. They took my money out of my bank account called twice a girl name. Casey answered. She said that I need to call corporate to get a refund -5 stars.

Great experience! Delivery was on time and the pizza was very good. I'm leaving a good review because of their attention to detail! I accidentally placed the same order twice due to an issue with the website and they noticed this and called me to make sure everything was correct. Saved me money and wasted pizza!

No wonder they only have two stars. I ordered on pizza and one drink. 50-60 minutes for delivery. Excessive but okay. It two JUST shy of two hours for one pizza. The delivery guy said sorry were busy. Okay whatever. I get the pizza and its not even right and looks like old stale pizza. So it to almost two hours to not get your job right. So as an upset customer I call to speak to a manager. Which is what you do when you have a complaint. The "delightful" Female employee refused and only said "What's the problem" over and over when I asked if she was the manager and if not to transfer me to the manager she hung up on me! Extremely professional.SO I go to the source of the problem. As soon as I get in i set the poor excuse for a pizza down on the counter and ask for the manager. I get smiles from the lady. But not friendly smiles laughing and mocking smiles. You know professional. The "Manager on duty" which looked like some kid who was in the back doing God knows what. He comes to the counter very slowly not really concerned about anything. He then gets confrontational because an justifiably angry customer is there and he doesn't care. He calls me names and just doesn't seem to care that his store that runs is trash. He then calls me a liar. Saying they don't receive calls and that no one there hung up on me. I called his bluff and recalled the same number and guess where it rang to? So he doesn't like being called out for his lies, so then he goes on the offensive verbally assaulting me. But it doesn't end there.Okay you and the manager and exchanging words of dissatisfaction to poor service. What is the one thing that a business shouldn't have happen? The employee who hung up on me initially decided it was smart to jump in and cuss and attack me because she "Didn't give a f**** she repeated multiple times. I did tell her to go away that she was not needed because I was already talking to the "Manager" Which is definitely a joke of a title for him. I'm very disappointed. What a zero star job this papa johns did.
