Honestly disappointed on how expensive it is and how little protein (fish) you get. I would highly recommend going to a different spot/chain because of this. $18 for a large bowl, with scoops that are extremely small and leveled off, not full scoops. Sad to see such a decent chain charge so much for so little.

Good service but nothing was very fresh. I did go on a maybe slow day? Wednesday evening but everything was stale and nasty. I didn't get any fish because I was certain I would get sick. The veggies I got were obviously cut yesterday or even the day before. Overpriced and not good at all. Didn't even finish my bowl:(

Giving 5 stars because of Chloe's above and beyond customer service!!! I was BLOWN AWAY. She was constantly smiling and making sure I was completely satisfied as a customer. The only thing I would mention to the owners/who ever is in charge: give the workers chairs or other things to sit on between customers other than buckets on the ground. This seems unhealthy for their physical health.

I really like this place it's my go to poke stop in San Marcos. Huge scoops and they always friendly. I wouldn't order over the phone or door dash because you don't get as much as you would if you came in but when that's not bad. Bowls be good and saucy

Worst part, she unapologetically told me , you should look better, it's on the menu (in very small letter) , and you can leave now. I paid and left my food on the counter without touching it and went to Lemon Shark Poke instead.Next time you want to add extra cost to someone's plate, ask before doing so.

I'm giving this location a 3 because there are much better poke options in the area. I also received a bowl that had rotten pineapple that forced me to throw away. Unfortunately I had gotten all the way home and when I called they did offer to remake it but I asked for a refund instead. The owner approved it so at least they have good customer service. In my Poki Poki Vista review I mentioned Encinitas has the best location as far as customer service and quality of ingredients.

Their bowls are always good but there is almost always something wrong with my order. This time I asked for half white rice half brown and I got brown rice with half of the greens. I know it's not a huge deal, but it's disappointing when you just want a rice bowl and it's half greens. These bowls are too expensive to be wrong, so you guys need to do better at double checking the orders. I'll include pictures of the receipt my order was on the top.
