I highly recommend this meal delivery service. As a chef and foodie I'm very picky when it comes to meal services. I've tried them all. But what I liked about this one is that it's local and organic. I signed up with primal in June after I had my first son. The meals helped me so much not have to shop, leave the house or cook while my body was recovering. I used the meals plus Chef V green drink and lost 45 postpartum pounds in 8 weeks with no exercise. My plan was to stop after 2 months but I've enjoyed the meals so much and the convenience that I've kept going. I've never had any issues with meals or delivery. I made a mistake one week and didn't order and the owners made everything right by me, even though it was my own error that caused the blip. Great customer service and really good quality food. I especially love the fish dishes they are cooked so delicately and perfect that I he. You warm them up they are not dry. That's a very hard skill and I appreciate that so much. They have multiple delivery days and different options each week. But also your favorites get rotated back in. Your able to choose your meals each week which is really nice. There's a lot of great variety too. I also love the breakfast options as a light lunch. The primal balls offered are also a great dessert when you're trying to be healthy. I've been using Primal Balance as a meal service for about 6 months now. I don't want to make this sound too dramatic, but truthfully, it's changed my life. I originally started because I was single-momming and to not have to cook for myself was convenient and so easy. Once I started, I realized that the quality of food was truly exceptional...and it tastes SO GOOD. To be able to make my kid's dinner and quickly warm up my own meal simplified what is normally the most stressful part of the day (feeding my two kids and myself). What happened over the last few months to my health, mood and overall energy was nothing short of incredible. I'm leaner than I've been in a long time and I'm eating so much. The meals are not just tasty, but super nutrient dense and soooooo filling. It's insane because sometimes I look at the package and think, there's no way I'm going to be full after this, but I've never ever been hungry afterwards and sometimes I can't even finish the whole meal. Something that was important to me was being able to pause/adjust to my work travel schedule and I can attest that Alec is super flexible with travel. I have a hard time eating healthy and Primal Balance makes it easy! I love that these meals are delivered right to my door. The food is really fresh tasting and all organic. You can choose what number of meals you would like, which rotates frequently. My favorite meal so far has to be their protein waffles.
