DOOR DASH REVIEW: I ordered a Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowl to my hotel tonight. I ordered a little before 8pm. The order came quickly which was great. But then I started to eat and the rice mixed with the quinoa is overcooked. Its so hard, its inedible. So now I have an inedible bowl for dinner. Management needs to train whoever was on staff to make the rice correctly or not use old rice because its the end of the night.

Absolutely terrible. I used to love Rubios years ago, but the service & quality have both devolved to an embarrassing level. Starting with the service, the employees seemed angry & annoyed that i was there. The quantity of food has been fatally hit with shrinkflation, as the portions appear to be about 1/3 smaller. Also, ever since Rubios switched to a cheaper fish, the fish tacos are smaller, soggy & flavorless. If that didn't ruin my family's dinner enough, they even got the order wrong. Disappointing on every level.

We were the only customers in the store and the guy who took our order was very nice. There is nothing to do while you wait and we had to wait 15 boring minutes to receive the order. My daughter, who ordered a bean and cheese burrito mentioned that her beans tasted a bit strange and she only took a few bites and threw the rest away. A few hours later she was very sick with food poisoning.
Best battered fish burrito with guacamole & black beans. Tortilla was ever-so-lightly toasted, fresh and warm. Give the chef a raise!

Recently did an online order and it was supposed to be 1 fish taco and 1 shrimp taco. Got home to discover that my taco didn't even have meat in it? It was just cabbage, avocado, and sauce. I called in to ask for a refund, but the employee argued with me and said that they made the order correctly. I understand that mistakes happen but why try to gaslight me, lol. After some back and forth they agreed to refund my order, but overall was very disappointing.

It was okay. I ordered the fish tacos, and sometimes tasted like it had sat in a freezer for too long. I also found some blue fuzz on a couple of my chips... The fuzz made me think that I wasn't just thinking the tacos tasted freezer burned because even the chips had something.However, my son enjoyed the beans, and I did too. :)Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu.

They automatically add a $6 tip to your online order and they hide it. You don't realize until after you pay. The only way to avoid it is to find it before you pay and $0 it out. I am not being waited on. This tipping culture is out of control. Greedy penny pinching.
