Worst Starbucks in North County!!!! Went here again today giving them another chance and never again. If I pay $6.00 per drink I expect my drink to be made properly. This place never gets it right. Will drive across town where they know how to make drinks. Starbucks came up on consistency and this store has missed the mark. I'm writing corporate as well.

always have bad customer services at this location especially from this one blonde women. Always takes long to make one drink and builds up the line and always chatting with other employees. This girl needs proper training on making drinks and customer service. Always get my drink made incorrectly.

9/4/22 at 7am I arrived to pick a coffee with oatmeal milk instead she gave me a oatmeal milk cup with a grande coffee and charged me twice and charged me 3.95 for the oatmeal milk ???? on the side instead of adding it to my coffee ☕️. So I was charged twice. When I asked for a refund she said no because they charge 3.95 to sub for oatmeal milk so she would not give me a discount.This is the second time she’s been real difficult to deal with. I understand that we all have our bad days and sometimes life’s challenges can bring us down. However this cannot be acceptable anywhere and must be addressed as soon as possible and training must be given because you can’t start a day like this and you cannot treat any customer in this awful manner.Reply to Owner -Thank you for the reply and for reaching out me and my family have always been enjoyed Starbucks and will continue to do so but customer service can go along way specially at the start of the day.Dietary restrictions: Oatmeal milk is charged at 3.95 if requested as a substitute.

Not the best Starbucks I've been to--I waited over half an hour for my drink and asked twice whether it was being prepared. At the time, there were 7 employees and no other customers. In addition, the employees here are always loud, blast the music and sing along so it's impossible to work, and gossip about customers loudly. It's not very professional at all

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They served me an expired/spoiled egg bite that my infant ate some of before I realized it was spoiled. Worst service, it took them 10 minutes to pour me a drip coffee with nobody else in line and the coffee was gritty and burnt. I used to work at Starbucks 20 years ago. If this situation happened back then everyone would have been fired and the store shut down for restarting and retraining. I'll be notifying the health department next.

Wanted a warm drink at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. This location in Albertsons was the only one open among the 3 others within a mile of me. Two drive thru locations were closed so I was glad this 1 was still open until 8pm. No wait. Ordered a hot white chocolate DeCaf mocha with almond milk, no whip (calorie counting). Made quick. Too hot, taste is mediocre, just taste like warm milk with some froth. In my very experience professional opinion, Coffee taste a bit burned, which means the decaf has been sitting in the pot too long or the espresso machine water temp is too high & it's Scorched the beans/coffee grounds. Don't taste much if the white choc either, could be because I'm a avid dark choc mocha lover & miss the depth of flavor. When I see the price for a grande is under $5 that's what I expect, even when I substitute for a vegan/vegetarian milk, especially since I passed on the whip cream. Mermaid corporate management, you add on for an extra, subtract for an extra removed. All in all my burned tongue (terrible for a Prof Culinarian) is disappointed in the over $6 drink product. Glad it open, nice barista (self professed not knowledgeable about Starbucks products including "this could save your life" granola bar??? ) but sad my hot drink was bad.

The drink was fantastic but tbe server had all the personality of a lawn chair. No Hello or Hi and no thank you or goodbye when I left. Doesn't seem happy to have that job. Terrible .

I work in retail so I understand getting upset when customers come into my store close to closing. My friend and I came into this location 10 minutes before closing and felt bad. And apologized then this blonde girl that had a cleaning crew blue shirt on started talking about how she hates when people come when they are closed. My friend and I just looked at each other uncomfortable because we couldn't believe that she was talking about us loudly right in front of us. Very disrespectful and uncalled for. Again I understand being frustrated but talking about a customer right in front of them is very uncalled for. Will not be coming here again. And I really hope someone talks to her about the attitude she gives to customers.

Ok Wow, I have only been to this starbucks about three times and the first few were pre-rona and were okay. However my most recent visit was my worst and last. I saw that the drive through line was pretty long and that was understandable considering the heat. This lead me to believe that placing a mobile order would be easier as well as faster. Girl was I wrong. Immediately when I walked in there was only a few people giving me hope that it would not take too long. I had been waiting in the car before hand after placing my mobile order for at most 8 minutes and decided to go in believing it would be ready soon. I understand and have no problem whatsoever with a wait especially since I saw the workers hustling to get so many things done at once. I kept this mentality until it was 20 MINUTES LATER and like 5 people had come in for their mobile order and gotten it before me. I wish I was lying and being over dramatic about the wait time but unfortunately that wasn't the case. On top of that the attitude of these workers was outrageous. Eventually I got my drink but hadn't gotten the iced water I had also asked for so i just left. So if you go to this starbucks be prepared for somewhat poor customer service and maybe a long wait. ‍
