I ordered a Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and got ripped off! The gal who made my drink added whipped cream to the bottom of my cup that filled up 1/4 of the cup so when she poured my drink into it, I didn’t get a full sized Grande. I received a Tall and paid for a Grande. It wasn’t just my drink order, she was making 2 other exact drinks for another customer and did the same thing to their cups. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the $20 per hour minimum wage increase?? Is this Starbucks way of save money because of the increase! Feeling ripped off and pissed off!

The coffee and the drinks are amazing. However the service wasn't that good. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again next week because maybe they had new employees working (since it's the first day they are open) The place is very neat clean and straight.

Told me they'll be with me in a moment, which turned out to be 10 minutes. Which I was fine with because a whole bunch of teenagers just ordered ahead of me. When this guy came back and I finally ordered, he said he can't do frappuccinos because "it's really busy right now." Lol! Should've read the reviews here before I even bothered. This is the closest Starbucks where I live but I didn't mind at all driving to Center Drive to get my 2 Frappuccinos. Now I'm at the Starbucks in Center Drive waiting on my drinks patiently because it's busy here as well. But at least they wanted to serve me. So.

This is the 2nd time I went to this Starbucks in Albertsons and on both times, the people who ordered after me had their drinks done before mine. Also, not a friendly group of people....they don't seem happy to be at work. Even so, fake it and smile!

The tweedle d*** and tweedle dumber working at the Starbucks today at this location need more training. No customer service skills have no idea how to make the drinks and once they finally do you still don't get the right drink you ordered! I watched a lady tell him 3 times how to make her drink correctly...and it was just a regular macchiato!! Then none of my order was right but I didn't feel like waiting around to tell them they messed up....again!! I get it no one probably really wants to be working there but since you do or have to would be nice if they actually knew what they were doing!!

Please be patient while getting your drinks! Most of the time it’s just a person or two working, so if you have lots of orders go to an actual Starbucks store and if you don’t, maybe try to tip! I have gone to this location numerous times throughout the years, and I’ve had a good experience except for when there’s delays but that’s when there’s lots of people. They’re usually friendly so that’s a plus!

20 minute for 2 people in line zero hustle zero good morning super blaw.. get in motion work faster come on.. people need to start waking up and moving zero enthusiasm at all customers on the employees clock not the other way around I’ll always give five stars. But move let’s go

I rarely review anything but this location has frustrated me so many times I want to warn others. their espresso machine is "broken" about half the time, which you don't find out until after waiting 15 min in line.

I dont post much unless the place is really good or realllly bad. If you have extra time and energy to waste go this Starbucks. ReasonS: the young guy with long(not very long ) hair dose not know how to make half the menu and he would say oh the machine is broken and young girl just flat out says idk how to make this and they only have one person working just don't go there unless you have too much time becauseyou'll end up going somewhere else

I'm guessing this store's staff tried to unionize and so sbux shut them down--at first all the regular staff was gone, then ... I'm guessing scabs came in. There were only a few and clearly not normal employees, had no idea what they were doing. Then the whole place shut down for about a month? And now... omg. These all new workers. They don't stop talking about random things apparently, which is causing them to mess up orders. They're messing up their own drinks without customization. The old crew was great and fast. Ya blew it. This store just screwed my drink up twice and it's gross. Not coming back.

please hire more people or have people scheduled more because I think it's ridiculous that there is only one person working at 3pm when there's a huge rush mostly because the high school got out. This is so unprofessional and the line and wait for this location is not okay. I waited 30 mins with line and after taking my order for one drink. do better.
