The young man behind the counter was efficient in making my sandwiches, and generally a really nice guy. We chatted while he worked and cut it exactly as I requested. The store is nice and clean, the floor behind the counter as well. I always look at ours and bathrooms. If they are clean, you can trust the areas you cannot see. You can’t hide funk if your place is junk!

I would really appreciate if you guys have a customer inside the store, making somebody else feel uncomfortable that you guys take on the responsibility to say something regardless, if it’s a common customer from Albertson’s across the parking lot. I went in today to order a sandwich and there was three older people at the counter having a conversation very loudly inside the store and then when I walked to the back corner to go stand in line, the gentleman with the Albertson shirt on got extremely close to me, almost backing his body up onto mine to the point where I had to Squeeze my shoulders together to walk by the wall and walk away from him and go stand in a different area while I waited for the employee to help the customers who are already in front of me. And then when she started to help the gentleman in the Albertsons shirt, every time he would order something from her, he would turn his body and his neck around to look me up and down and make me feel very uncomfortable and the employee didn’t say anything to him just kept proceeding to ask him what he wanted on his sandwich and she was a female, so she should’ve known to say something to him by the way, he was acting and creeping me out and she could tell I was obviously creeped out. And then when it was her time to start working on my sandwich, she grabbed two receipts from the online orders and started to work on the online orders, knowing I had already been standing there for 20 minutes in line waiting For my order to get started. Knowing I was uncomfortable I feel like it was her responsibility to hurry up and get him out of the store and then help me and not proceeded to have me wait while she worked on two more online orders knowing I had already been waiting and I felt uncomfortable and I still was willing to spend my income at their business. You guys have a responsibility to handle customers accordingly and if there’s a guy who works at Albertsons, that’s a common customer of yours and you see that he’s making another customer uncomfortable by his demeanor you should have responsibility to say something and tell him to leave that’s not acceptable behavior. The guy who works at Albertsons with the glasses and the shaved head. He’s about 5’5 an atleast 50. Extremely predatory behavior.

If I could give it a zero I would Jennifer who works here gave my mother horrible attitude we went today to get a few sandwiches and she was just giving us nasty looks. Her service was not it she is rude.

Yeah I'm really disappointed in Subway lately over the last I guess several years usually get a meatball sandwich that thing call the boss and for whatever reason they never do the meatball cut on the bread anymore and the sandwich ends up needing to be eaten with a fork.. bring back the meatball cut..

Horrible. I ordered online and said it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I got there they just started to make it. Not worth the value at all. I ordered a sub with Italian bread and it was paper thin. Never going back. Will support the mom and pop sub chains from this point on.

The person that was doing my order didn't listen to anything I said he said that my card went through and it didn't even go through so I don't know what's going on with him. He keeps adding more and more money to the Order even though I didn't ask for anything else fire this kid the inside is very disgusting. I don't recommend coming here

I went to this location on 2-11-2023 and this service was great. There was a couple of young men's working and they were great!!! They even acknowledged my 6 year son. Can't wait to go back to this location. They also except EBT also.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking right in front of the door

Wanted a quick, easy bite to eat so decided to stop into the tried and true Subway. Had the Philly Cheesesteak and boy was it good. I always like the freshness of the bread and ingredients. I always can count on my order tasting great and the Philly delivered. Staff is super friendly and efficient as well. Made for a great easy, in and out experience with a delicious result!

I went in to get a sandwich today got to chatting and accidentally left my wallet on the counter, drove home and rushed back The lady (I forgot to get her name) put it up and returned it to me. The lady was from New York and I am from Philly so we had a great convo while she was making my sandwich. this subway is extremely clean and the toppings are fresh, I am never disappointed with the service but today was a life saver for sure ..I will drive from escondido to this subway which is about 6 miles because of all the above..A great Big Thank you to my fellow New Yorker you and the whole team rock!
