We happened to stumble upon this cute restaurant. The place is nicely decorated with beautiful hanging lanterns.Their menu offers variety of options so you can definitely find a dish that suits your cravings. They offer delicious Poke Bowl, Ramen, Teriyaki Option, Boba, Cake and even Crepes too! Very well thought out menu that includes a lot of trendy food options! Very reasonable pricing considering their huge portion.Poke Bowl and Ramen are definitely our FAV!!! Black Ramen is flavorful and very delicious!! We will definitely come back to try more items on the menu

We had the teriyaki chicken combo the tonkatsu black ramen. We were really impressed with the quality and freshness, especially for a carryout order. The service was also great. I have a shellfish allergy and they told me that they cooked everythinf separately. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Shellfish allergy

We honestly drove 20 minutes out of our way to come and eat here because the reviews were so good and it did not disappoint. An absolutely delicious place for poke. I’m convinced if you didn’t like your poke bowl here, you probably just built your own and made terrible choices because they’re amazing and the portions are outstanding.Parking: We came on a weekday evening and there was lots of parking

A great little gem of a place with fantastic variety and consistency. We've been sticking to poke and rice bowls and have been more than satisfied. If you order online, give them at least 25 minutes regardless of what it says. The food has never been ready when I arrive within the given time frame.

I asked for no ice and this is how they filled it up. I told the worker that they needed to fill up the drink but he told me they don't fill it up if you ask for no ice. I think this is completely unfair.

Highly recommended the ramens, they were delicious and very flavorful, much better than most of the ramen place in SD. They also have really good boba drinks a lot of selection on others delicious food. I would recommend try this place out.

Abysmal customer service, and hit & miss on the food.My daughter and I showed up 1 hour after they opened for dinner/evening service. The place was a disaster with most tables waiting to be bussed; trash and plates at all but two of the empty tables. There was a gentleman with 2 young kids waiting for food. They waited over 30 mins for poke bowls. The young man at the register was all over the place, unfocused & ineffective. Lots of "busy" work without actually accomplishing anything. At first I thought he was the only one manning the place, but then a whole group of 5 people emerged from the kitchen. They had about 5-6 online orders get picked up in the 30 mins I waited for my food (45 min for the gentleman with the 2 young kids). I had placed my order for dine-in, and almost 40 mins after I had placed my order, I was called to the front and given my food all packed up as a to go order. I pointed out to the young man in the front I had placed my order to dine-in and all he did was shrug his shoulders, throw his hands up, and said, "Oh sorry. I must have forgotten to tell the kitchen staff" and walked away. No utensils were offered nor packed up with my order. I had to go find clean utensils myself, and proceeded to eat in the restaurant. The Spicy Pork Ramen was delicious, but the Chicken Teriyaki was disgusting; the texture and flavor of the chicken tasted like it had been microwaved, and the sauce had nothing Teriyaki about it. Overall, not worth the $44.00 it cost me to experience this. I now understand why majority of their business are online orders; nobody wants to eat in a dirty place, nor have to put up with their subpar customer service. Looking for good Teriyaki? Ahi Sushi, and Umai Sushi have great and delicious bowls!! Never coming here again.....

I tried the creamy chicken ramen and my husband ordered the black garlic tonkutsu ramen. Both were bland and you could not taste the garlic in the black garlic ramen. It's our first time here, and we told the waiter what we thought of the ramen, and they were nice enough to talk to us and explain. Thanks. We will be back to give it another try.
