Our order was missing items. This is not the first time we have had this issue at this location. We ordered online and it said the order would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. It was ready at 40 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately, I did not notice the missing items until we arrived home. Did not want to spend another 15 minutes driving back. After the last time, we had not been back for a couple of years. Although I like their food, we will not be going back as there is no attention to detail by the employees to get the orders correct.

Order a simple combo. Everyone in my table got their food. Waited exactly 23 min and watched 7 exact online order and 3 inside guess received their food. I finally asked about an update and instead of them agreeing they dropped the ball they finally notice and was told 4 min instead of apologizing . The other thing I have never experienced was that there was 0 trash cans to throw away my food. Was I supposed to walk by the kitchen and throw it there. I notice everyone was trowing their trash outside, which even that one was completely full and bags sitting next to it. This is not to hate, but for management to look more into this maybe they need more staff or actually trash bins.

would definitely recommend to someone i hated deeply forgot 20 wings, kept saying my fries were almost ready for my order yet kept serving others fries, restaurant was trashed. i felt sorry for the staff until i saw them giving each other looks as if it was funny to make people wait. manager was stoned, came out front for a minute and quickly hid in the back. reused bowls over and over and over. order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, drove over after 15 minutes and waited for another hour. food wasn't even good, some of my wings were split in half making it "2". i am not a picky person in any sense i will literally eat anything but this was an automatic no the second i saw itall in all, if you want missing and foul food, bad service, incompetent management, come to this location!!

I’d give this place zero if I could . Absolutely disgusting I’d rather starve before I ordered from here again or eat dirt . My iced tea had no ice or flavor at all it was basically water . And the wings were under cooked and cold

Cashier was inattentive… I had to repeat my order twice on two different cashiers on two different register… the place was a mess in the kitchen and on the guest area… out of towel/tissue/napkin…. Sauce not included? You gotta pay for a ranch sauce in order to enjoy the wings? It’s a rip off!… 20 minutes wait for 10 wings on one customer? It’ll take forever on peak time to get your food… people got 30 minutes avg work lunch to enjoy meal not wait on it. All these wage increase demand for a incompetent service employees.
