My experience here was a bit surreal. I walked into the restaurant at 8:20 p.m. there was a man and woman sitting at the bar chatting. Both had drinks in front of them. I sat down at my table and turned on my computer and waited for 13 minutes. I listened to the two chat at the bar. About ready to get up and go find out where the waiter was, the man got up from the bar and walked over to my table. I thought he was going to sit down with me, but instead he informed me that the restaurant was closed. He literally sat at the bar and drank and talked while I, the customer, sat less than 10 ft behind him waiting for his service. This establishment should be shut down. No establishment with such incompetent service should be allowed to handle food.

Bar is nice. Jesus is excellent and enjoyed a nice beverage after checking in. Unfortunately, the management here has recently decided this hotel “restaurant” is now just a bar. A Holiday Inn hotel that doesn’t serve any kind of breakfast at all let alone has no evening menu isn’t a “bistro” or “grill” at the Holiday Inn.

Breakfast voucher at the Holiday Inn is valid for one menu item and a drink. The eggs Benedict was good, but I wasn't a fan of the sauce. I'm glad I ordered it in the side.

Apparently, a club wrap that is supposed to include turkey, ham, and bacon instead is turkey ham and bacon. What a joke. Eat anywhere else but here. Garbage. Update: the "Chef" verified that they were out of turkey. Eat a candy bar folks before you ever consider this place.

ANA served us at the Bistro....She is AMAZING! Not only was the food and atmosphere nice but Ana gave it that extra touch with her EXCELLENT service & beautiful smile!!! She made it a WOW for us, definitely recommend this place!!!

My husband is staying at the attached hotel of this restaurant and he told me about this place he goes to often to watch sports and get a few beers after work. I arrived around 8PM, an they close at 10PM. The waitresses were so sweet & super friendly, and the place was actually quite busy at this time. I ordered the Ribeye dinner with season veggies, and red skin mashed potatoes. We also ordered the chicken quesadilla & the Spinach/Artichoke dip with chips for our starters. The only complaints I had were the seasonal veggies came cold and pretty crunchy when they are supposed to be steamed and soft, and the spinach/artichoke dip was frozen in the middle ; literal chunk of the dip in the form of a frozen ice cube in the middle, an was extremely watery. Everything else was delicious.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!! Worst customer service ever right when you walk thru the door the gentleman that is there proceed to look and he'll saying "sit wherever" no good morning just a yell. I don't understand what the problem is I literally if you didn't want to to work Sir find another job. We proceeded to sit down waited a good 10 mins and nobody ever showed up. The other gentleman working just stared and starting talking in Spanish to the original guy and just decided not to help us. Another customer comes in an Asian not to be rude and gets treated with a good morning welcome gets a menu and please find a seat. I was shocked literally and my sons said Why were we treated very rude is it because we are Hispanic. I proceeded to tell him no baby he just had a bad day. If an 11 year old kid can figure that out honestly you need to retrain the staff in having better customer service. I am a paying customer not a dine and dash. When I proceeded to ask the front desk by the way her name is Vanessa, who I can ask to speak about the restaurant rudeness she looked at me like what F do you want me to do about it she said "well we have no on-site but my boss won't be in until 10" I ask 10 what and she said we'll 10pm. I'm like ok I'll be back to talk to him. To wrap it up just don't waste your time here. I would prefer using my money somewhere else. The funny part you talk to them in English they look at you weird you talk you talk to them in spanish they completely ignore you. seriously both gentleman are Hispanics let not play the I speak only English card, when the full blown conversation you had was in Spanish.

On 1/5/22 I ordered 2 double Long Island iced teas to be delivered by room service and was charged $135.00. Of course I knew this was a mistake, so when I spoke to the manager GUSTAVO VALENCIA he was rude and upset that I asked to get a receipt so I can look at the charges. He said since I ordered a double Long Island I was charged double the price. I asked him even if it were a triple on no planet would I ever pay $135.00 for 2 drinks! He yelled at me and was irate that I called him on it and was writing so hard on the receipt that he tore the paper. I got my money back but, I will be writing corporate and making a complaint. I will be sure to write a review on every platform I can find about this guy. He has zero customer service skills and no business in the hospitality industry.
