We will never return to this restaurant. This review is about management's poor customer service. The manager on treated my 91- & 89-year-old parents as liars, refusing seating at the indoor table we had reserved & insisting they sit outside on a 48-degrees night! And the manager claimed he would do the same to his own mother, even at my parents' ages. The situation: When leaving home, my parents discovered Mom's wallet was missing, containing her Vaccine Card with the dates of her 3 shots. Thus, when asked for proof of vaccination & an I.D., only my Dad & I had them. Mom received each of her immunizations at the same appointments as Dad, which they stated & affirmed. The hostess was apologetic about having to follow the restaurant's policy, & respectfully offered to consult the manager. The man acting as manager came over to the entrance without any warmth nor sign of knowing what the issue was. No matter how we tried to come up with a reasonable solution, his response was a repeated insincere "I'm sorry. Anyone without proof of vaccination has to sit outside." Like a broken record, over & over. And he claimed he would treat his own mother that way--even if he knew she had been vaccinated.I believe the manager would not be put in that role in normal times; he seemed unable to (1) address his customers with concern & respect; ((2) understand the difference between a Law and a Policy; and (3) exercise intelligence & discretion--weighing the likelihood that the elderly customers in front of him were honest. He refused to contact anyone with more authority.Manager doesn't seem to care about the restaurant's reputation. I am taking the time to post this review of bad customer service to help him in his effort to get himself demoted.Praise to the hostess, who looked for solutions & also thoughtfully offered my mother a chair. She's a "keeper."

Delicious food! We had the baby squid, the ceviche, lechon kawali. Everything was so good and we had great dining experience.

Great food in large portions for a reasonable price. Recommend 3+ people for optimal family style experience. Nice ambiance. Not quite what I'd call upscale- laminated menus, silverware wrapped in the napkin- but nicer ambiance and experience than something strictly casual. Our server was prompt, friendly, humored my friend's attempt to pronounce things correctly, and checked in enough.

the food was good. But the environment is extremely loud. I wish it could turn off the background music. It makes us really hard to communicate.

Great flavors! Each dish comes with a pretty good portion. We have 5 people ordered 6 dishes. Plenty of food left to take home. Great for family or friends.

Your savory foods have become too sweet. also, the bulalo and kaldereta meat need longer simmering/softening. the kawali and inasal need to be more well done. If I don't ask for more well done the meat is not thoroughly cooked.

We have been there twice. The food is very tasty and flavorful. The wait staff was great and explained all the different dishes. The only issue we have on both times is the noice level. The guests were loud and boisterous. We could hardly hear each other across the table.

We had an out of town guest visiting and decided on Filipino food. I have been here 3x in the past where the food had measured up to the impeccable service. As full as the restaraunt was we still felt that our server made us feel special and exclusive. We had the adobo, pancit canton, crispy pata, beef caldererta and lumpia. Every dish was made to perfection. Thank the entire staff for an experience well done!

Love the family style portions and the flavors especially the sinigang bangus definitely hit the spot!Loved that we could ask for bowls because in our family we grew up eating it bowls, slurping the soup and adding the rice. The kare kare hit the spot but could have used a touch more peanut butter but the shrimp paste was so good! I loved the crispy pata and my cocktail was refreshing. I enjoyed the decor and style of the restaurant. Love that the t.v. had the Warriors game was on but quiet allowing us to have cousin time. Everyone was friendly and I hope to take my parents one day.

Interior was just beautiful, and the food was all so delicious!! Absolutely wonderful experience here for a birthday celebration. The food came out fast and the desserts were a joy.

Great quality food... crispy pork, heart warming soup, flavorful sisig, and flaky lumpia. Got there around 5:45 and took advantage of some happy hour menu items. Cheerful service and great to just chill.
