We stopped here for a quick bite after arriving in SFO and had to hit the road to go to Napa. Delicious sandwiches and although this place had a beachy vibe. It was really quiet and staff didn't seem terribly friendly or welcoming but our party of four just wanted to get some food and leave anyway.

Guys and gals, to say the food is superb is not to say anything. I got Santa Cruz and it was SO good. The staff is friendly - the only problem is their soda machine. So if you don't wanna ruin the heavenly experience drink a tiny bit of Coke before you fill your cup to make sure you're getting Coke and not some watered down God knows what. Or take their marvelous sandwiches " to go ".

It’s a hit or miss menu restaurant. Today, we order one Walkie Bakie and one Shark Bite. The Shark Bite was delicious, savory and seasoned enough. The Wakie Balie was… too fatty and sweet. Mainly because they had cream cheese, avocado and eggs, but no seasonings or just not enough salt. I had to eat and drink lemonade at the same time to keep up my appetite.Besides that, nice restaurants with beach item decorations. And, they have a Pacman gameplay machine. Quick review:1) Solid and simple menu of hot/cold sandwiches and salads. No choice paralysis here.2) Clean interior with easy parking options by the adjacent retail garage (good signage to point you toward the garage).3) Friendly staff.4) Great tasting food and generous portions.I usually feel like sandwiches are similar to hot dogs: the ceiling for enjoyment is relatively low, but Beach Hut Deli stands out by doing everything right. I'll be back.

Just visiting my pal Scarecrow Squiblefoot down in San Mateo and celebrating the release of the restraining order that the NBA had on him with season tickets to the Warriors and big fat deli sandwiches from the Beach Hut Deli. Wow! What a great deli, how come I've never heard of this place before? Truly a great deli, with huge sandwiches, I know one thing...I'll be back.

Ruben sandwich with the toasted garlic bread was delicious. Woody sandwich was okay- bread:meat ratio could be better, bacon helped boost the flavor profile of the sandwich.Beers on draft at a good price. Great place to go on a Friday for a late lunch/early happy hour. Sports on the TV inside.Great service, friendly staff. Would go again next time with a couple homies, get a beer and split an XL sandwich!

I'Ve driven by this place plenty of times and was finally able to try it and I was impressed.Food - Sandwiches were good. They put cream cheese in their sandwiches and it really brings it to another level. I was hesitant about it first but the texture, flavor, and creaminess is all balanced. They offer 3 different sandwich sizes and all sizes come fully stuffed. I ordered a 6 inch and was full after only eating half. They have a variety of drinks and chips too.Service - the workers were genuinely nice,Ambiance - the vibe here is very fun. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. One thing that I loved about this place is that it was really clean and they had disinfecting wipes available at every table. I truly enjoy a place who cares about cleanliness. This place will be my new go-to sandwich spot.
