food was yummy. the burger was a big dry, but still enjoyed it. the fries were very good and crispy. i wish their ranch wasn't better but the vanilla milkshake made everything better.

I thought the food and portions were not very in line with the costs. I don't more bread than burger or chicken whatever is in between it- or It's all about the meat to bread ratio as well as what other flavors and seasonings and additions you've made to the sandwich but I pretty basic and stick to what they say Oh well not every restaurant is going to be a restaurant I like just like everybody else. The fries were horrible. The milkshakes were runny. and we went there a little bit later dinner hour; but they weren't close to closing. I've tried them at least three times. I've been disappointed every single time. However I drive by a lot and it does seem to stay somewhat busy. So there's something there for some people. That's good. I'd rather a business to stay in business than close up. A lot of people eat there. There's something for others but just not for me. :( I like 5 Guys better.

I had a chopped chicken meal salad, and it was quite big and enough to fill me up. My friends had the Prime burger and they looked big and very good. Casual dining. Only down side is the parking area is small.

I door dashed a Whiskeytown express burger with fries and a large strawberry lemonade. Amber was actually raw when I got it I took one bite and had to spit it out. The french fries were very greasy, and I never received my strawberry lemonade. The prices in my opinion are way too high for the quality of food that they’re serving.The only reason they got a star is because the DoorDash driver was very friendly and polite and got my food to me. While it was still hot.

Solid Burgers, Yummy Garlic Aioli Fries and Bomb Berry Berry Milkshake! Staff were friendly and has a little dinner vibe!! We got the fried pickles and the batter was thicker than I expected. Not the greatest but I'd pass on it next time. I would come back again for the Angry Cowboy & Garlic Aioli fries with a milkshake!! 7.5/10 :))

Servers are young and full of energy. Food is amazing and is a must try if you're in San Mateo. Family atmosphere inside. Place was fairly busy and the noise was way down. I enjoyed it very much, I didn't have to raise my voice to have a conversation. Definitely coming back
wev been going to this restaurant since it opened and supported this establishment during Covid-19's lockdown by doing take out. yesterday I was taken for granted and charged a credit card surcharge and a $1 charge for cheese on my listed cheese burger? the prices have become exorbitant over the years but I thought I would support the cause and accept the prices and tip at 20% but yesterday was the straw that broke the proverbial camels back. sorry I won't be back, there are several great burger joints within a 3 mile radius.
