For “take out,” I paid more than $50 for two burgers, two fries and two “small” side salads and their preparation was under average. If this post accepted zero ⭐️’s, that would have been my choice.

The food was good. The service was awesome, and the atmosphere could improve, but it was decent.

Gabe was great! We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. Thank you you for bringing him a bowl of ice cream & singing happy birthday to him, he really enjoyed it. Thanks Gabe!

A couple of friends and I went for a late lunch, we ordered a carbonara pasta, steak (med rare), and the seafood pasta. They were so accommodating to the three of us! Menu changes everything! What great service. And, the food, especially the pasta (first time I've ordered pasta outside oven entirely Italian pasta place) was great. The waiter was kind enough to take our pictures, and although all three of us are a little quirky was so patient. Wonderful service. Great food. Ample free, safe, parking. Clean.Great American food spot!Thank you!Parking: Parking spots directly in front. Small walking distance, safe parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with the ran for disabled or temporarily hurt people!

Food was good. Service was OK. Atmosphere was nice. But there was a cockroach in the bathroom just watching me use the loo.

I had the Reuben sandwich and it was delicious. I met with an old friend and we had a lot to talk about. They never rushed us. We sat and chatted for 2 hours.

It was my first time there and I'll definitely be returning. High ceilings and plenty of room for large or small parties. The food AND service was AMAZING. I don't remember the pasta name I got but it was really good. The calamari appetizer was fantastic. This is the first restaurant I've been to where they actually know how to cook salmon. The server was very attentive and friendly. This place goes above and beyond. Right when we were walking in a waitress ran after a guest who forgot their phone. It just shows how much they care. 10/10 will be going back again.

I’ve been to the San Bruno location many times and just have had better experiences there. Food quality seems to be better there (service definitely has been as well), and smaller details like they seem stingy on the bread here (3 slices last time I went.) I wouldn’t call Jack’s expensive, but it isn’t cheap either, and this location just doesn’t interest me in returning.

Ate here on our layover in San Francisco. The food was delicious and large portions. Great atmosphere and staff. Daughter kid meal was spaghetti and huge meatball. I had the fried chicken on the early bird meals, highly recommended.
